She's very knowledgeable about market trends and is honest. She doesn't just try to get you into the most expensive house, she looks for what YOU want and then helps you get it. Thank you Laura, and her team :). We really couldn't be happier with the service she provided!

That's when we really appreciated how great it was working with Ron and Laura. We had moved from Phoenix, and were renting the place out when we decided to sell. The tenant refused to leave, there were damages to the condo needing repair, multiple neighbor complaints which needed to be addressed, HOA actions against us, a threat from the fire department, and several visits to the condo from the police. Ron and Laura were there every step of the way offering solutions when a problem arose, coordinating repairmen, and making themselves available to do routine things we couldn't because we were out of town. They ended up doing a lot more work than they signed up for. I feel lucky they were on our side. They saved us a lot of stress and frustration. We highly recommend them.

She had buyers within a day at full price and a reasonable closing date. On the purchase side, after I told her what I was looking for, she had options to me right away and we went to several showings within a day of something I wanted to see. She was on top of everything from beginning to end. She responded to any text or phone call right away. She also helped with getting boxes too, which is really something awesome. So many realtors disappear after the process is over. She followed up with me after a couple of days to make sure everything was going well. She will be my go to realtor in the future!!

I will absolutely use Kriste again when I'm ready to buy or sell, and I tell all my friends and clients about her. I had the recent task of finding a realtor in Michigan for my parents and it was an anxiety ridden, soul crushing experience. It got me thinking of a very different, very smooth, very peaceful, very enjoyable, very FUN experience I had here in Arizona with Kriste when buying my own home. My house closed on time, which apparently is almost unheard of. She knows the market in and out, is ON TOP of every piece of paperwork, every transaction, every phone call, she has a guy for everything. It was also genuinely a pleasure to work with her; it helps when you actually LIKE the person you've hired! I recently reached out to her, and she remembered me and my home after not speaking in over a decade. She truly is a diamond in the rough! Everyone and their brother knows "a realtor," but buying and selling a home is more than just doing a favor for your mom's best friend who sells houses as a hobby and has no negotiation skills. I want an expert in whatever I'm needing done, especially when it comes to something as expensive as a house, and Kriste is absolutely THE EXPERT. She has a college degree in real estate, and truly knows her stuff. Dealing with all the wrong people in Michigan has made me extra appreciative of the experience that I had with her. She will not disappoint if you hire her

Kriste apparently has connections in high places and I thank my lucky stars she does! I highly recommend Kriste if you are buying/selling a home. Did I mention she showed me 16 houses in less than 24 hours? Yes, you read that correct! I was in town from 12pm - 12pm. I didn't even buy one of those homes, imagine that. Kriste's patience is greatly appreciated. Kriste is my forever realtor!

If I could give Jennifer 10 stars, I absolutely would! She helped navigate a complicated home…read morepurchase for us as out of state buyers living 1000 miles away. She was constantly "on it," showed us houses throughout the valley and is an expert in every style and price point. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted and she was able to get us into every home we wanted to see. Brand new homes from grand Santa Barbara (Tuscany) style, country club homes, mid century ranches, and traditional AZ adobe style homes. She is an amazing negotiator, somehow managing to get our deal done for the house we moved into a week ago. She never brought us up to the top of our budget, and we actually went well under what we thought we'd spend. Our house never went on the market -- she is always looking and listening and found this house by walking by and inquiring with the contractor. It was by far the very best experience we've ever had with a realtor buying or selling our homes over the past 30+ years. We've worked with supposedly the "best of the best" talent, yet she by far exceeded every other realtor in getting things done. She is very reachable, helpful, and insanely knowledgeable! There's no BSing with her. If she's not sure of something (which is never), she'll find out the answer fast. She doesn't just make things up like so many realtors have done with us. She is extremely friendly and all around pleasant to be with. We became good friends in the process. The house we purchased was a complete remodel and she was a tremendous help to us during the whole process with numerous contractors. After working with our son for over a year in this insanely competitive market, she was able to negotiate their dream home and got it under contract this week, beating out dozens of other offers, even though theirs wasn't the highest. My husband and I were doubtful there would be a house that our son could get with multiple offers on every property. Neither we nor our son paid all cash which seems to be what it takes to compete and get the winning offer. Jennifer knew exactly how to guide us, was super creative in her structure of the offers, and went after both houses and got them! Boom! And as if the two weren't enough, 2.5 years ago before the big real estate boom, sold our daughter's house in a couple of days that was languishing on the market. This was after our daughter had to fire her deadbeat realtor who actually turned away several buyers, including an offer from the renters from across the street. They literally walked away from the deal saying, "we don't trust him and are heartbroken we can't go through with the deal." Jennifer came in, gave some excellent suggetions, hired a staging company, and got it sold! Thank God Jennifer came along! Three successful and challenging house deals for our family in less than three years. Jennifer got it done! I can't recommend highly enough!
