My mother had been experiencing several problems with her Nissan Titan truck and some help with understanding what was causing the problems. We called and John's Automotive and spoke with the owner. Not only did Mr. John preformed a free vehicle diagnostic letting us understand what was needed to be repaired and give us fair price, but Mr. John also was kind enough to provide my elderly mother with transportation from the repair shop to her home and picked her up again from home when the truck was ready at the repair shop, It is so wonderful to know that there are still people people who practice Christian values. I thought someone was in the trunk of my car knocking and trying to get out!…read moreWhen the weird things, as well as major problems happen, I always make an appointment with Premier Car Care Center. My late husband and I started using this business approximately 20 years ago. Now that I am a retired widow I don't even consider looking anywhere else. I know I can trust this business to be honest and fair equally with anyone that walks in their door. Their professionalism is top notch from first interaction at the front area to the ability of their mechanics to find and repair major problems and even the weird things that happen. The knocking in the trunk was a gear in the motor of the rear window shade. I expected it to be the drive shaft, axel... (I googled the noise). In just a few hours I went home without the knocking and having paid a very small bill.

The engine still runs great so I didn't want to just trash the car. They replaced the radiator but it still wasn't working right and determined the water pump was bad. Now I've never replaced the water pump and it was completely rusted at the bolts and they had to try and drill and tap out all of the bolts. It took about a day and they did not charge me for the full hours. I now have a great running car with no overheating issues. Could not be happier with the car they gave back to me.

I tried to call the dealership twice and was told someone would call me back, they didn't. I will not be doing any further business with this dealership and I recommend you don't either. I was…read moredriving from Fort Worth to El Paso to visit my very sick uncle, and while passing through Midland, my bumper partially came off and started scraping on the highway. I pulled over and tried to fix it myself, but I was still four hours from my destination, it was getting dark, and as a young woman traveling alone, I was honestly scared. I arrived at Odessa Muffler and Brake right at closing time, expecting to be turned away. But instead, they greeted me with warmth and didn't hesitate to help. They stopped what they were doing and got to work on my car immediately; no questions asked, no judgment, just kindness. They spent an entire hour after closing carefully securing my bumper, checking my whole vehicle to make sure it was safe, and even discovered and fixed my muffler that was hanging off (which I had no idea about!). When I asked how much it would cost, they told me it was free. That kind of generosity is so rare, especially when they easily could have taken advantage of my situation. I didn't have much money, and this trip was an emergency, but because of them, I made it safely to El Paso and was able to spend precious time with my uncle before he passed the very next day. Their kindness meant the world to me, and I will never forget it. Odessa Muffler and Brake didn't just fix my car; they made it possible for me to say goodbye to someone I loved. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am forever grateful.
