There's no way we could have had our guests sit on these chairs. We were told the chairs we rented would have some scuffs. We were not prepared for this mess! It took us over 3 hours to clean these chairs. We had to haul the chairs quite a distance and didn't realize how filthy they were until they had been moved. So we called All event rental after the wedding and asked what they would do for us. Lori said we can do nothing. You should have called before the wedding and we would have replaced them. We didn't have time to go through all that and move 150 chairs 4 times!! I wish I had read the reviews before renting. We think it's terrible they would not even give us a little credit for the hassle.
