Instead Mazda was going to charge for every piece that oil was on. La. Automotive took the time to actually find the where the leak was coming from and I was only charged $565.00 to fix the leak and they did an awesome job at a better price than my own dealership was going to charge me. Very honest place that I will now continue to take our vehicles and I have taken my last trip to Mazda for anything. It's not the first time my husband has caught them saying they replaced things and they didn't. Then offered to change it for free. My daughter has experienced the same thing. I was sold a car that i was told was not wrecked. I noticed a small rust spot, a missing drain plug, and a mildew smell. Was told "it must have gotten wet from the car wash" and they would clean it, and replace the plug. (They never did) Once i noticed mold growing on my carpet, i took it elsewhere in Lafayette and they were super helpful. They informed us the car had been wrecked, and replaced the drain plug. With the drain plug intact and no where for the water to go... The next rain left my car with a river under the floor board. The damage from the wreck was poorly repaired, leaving my car with rust, moisture, and mold. When looking into reports, it said the wreck caused very minor damage which is usually scrapes and cosmetics. This damaged the frame of my car, causing it to not seal correctly, leaving me to believe there are repairs made under the table so it wouldn't report the severity of the damage. When talking to them about how i was unsatisfied, i was met with the "as is" clause. I understand legally they do not have to take any action. They just wanted to sell me another car. I do not trust any cars on their lot. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
