Excellent experience with Alberto and his company from the beginning. I received several quotes to…read morepressure clean and paint my house and driveway, and Alberto was the best choice by far. The estimate he gave me was fair for everything I wanted done, and less expensive than others. His crew spent 3 days total to do everything I contracted them to do: pressure cleaning of the roof, exterior walls, porch and driveway was done the first day; day 2 was application of primer; and day 3 the entire exterior and driveway was painted. (It probably could have been done faster if the weather had cooperated on day 2, but the day had to be cut short due to non-stop rain in the afternoon.) Everything was done to 5 star, professional standards. Alberto and his crew were very honest on what to expect, how long the job would take, and that they would not leave/move on to another job until this was done. The paint job is perfect, and the crew made sure to clean up after themselves and make everything appear as if they were never here. The crew was also very friendly and only interrupted minimally while I worked from my home office. I would definitely hire All General Painting Service for any future paint or pressure washing needs. Highly recommended.

I found All General Painting Services (GPS) on Yelp and read all the great reviews and decided to…read morerequest an estimate to paint my condominium in Miami. Although I received several lower estimates, I felt that GPS would do a great job. Boy, was I right! They inspected twice and matched another estimate and they started the work. Their crew came on time every day, brought their own paint and equipment, patched holes, cleaned up everything and the paint work was amazingly great! All the walls, doors, trim and baseboard look great! I am so pleased with them. I would highly recommend them for any job small or large. They are top professionals and I would use them again. Now my apartment shows beautifully to prospective buyers. Thank you to Leo, Alberto and staff. Great job! After renovating our kitchen and bathrooms we decided to do our floors. We called several flooring…read morecompanies that either did not return our calls or did not show up to the appointment. After doing a little research and finding good reviews on Miami Construction Brokers I decided to give them a call. The owner Mike picked up as soon as I called, he scheduled the estimate and showed up on time. He told me our 3,500 sqft flooring with new baseboards would be completed in 5 days. I did not think this was possible as we have a two story home and the floor upstairs had to be removed as well as the old base boards. After meeting with two other flooring companies, I decided to hire Mike because he really went out of his way to answer all my questions and was available every time I called him. He made the entire process very stress free which is super important when undergoing any renovations in a home. I mentally prepared myself for the job to be completed in two weeks but to my surprise Mike came through with his word and my entire two story home had new floors and baseboards in 5days. His crew did an amazing job, we are beyond happy with the renovations of our floors. If you are on the fence between flooring companies or contractors I can guarantee that Mike and his team will not disappoint. Thank you Mike, you did an Excellent job and exceeded our expectations.

Words cannot describe how satisfied I am with the painting projects that Jose at Miami South…read morePainting has done for my home. A few months ago, I had a brand new wood fence installed along the perimeter of my property. To preserve the wood grain, I hired Jose to apply a clear-coat wood stain to the fence. He advised me to wait approximately 30 days after installation before applying a stain to the fence. I listened to his advice and when he was finished, the fence looked flawless. No streaks, no blotches ... it looked flawless and rich. Then, this past week I hired Jose to paint the exterior of my home. Once again, he did a phenomenal job. He is very professional and friendly, and he treats the painting of your home as if it were his own. His work is clean and flawless, and his attention to detail is something that I truly appreciate. And when he finished, he made sure that everything was cleaned up and put back the way he found it. Jose is one of a kind and I highly recommend hiring him for your painting or wood staining needs.
