Another victim whom ive befriended because of this is currently fighting to get hers after 4+ months and she paid for a package with 6 sessions and only got 2, because Susan ghosted her and then had a million excuses. She finally asked for a refund for remaining sessions (she paid her over $800 & still has not one photo after 4 months) Susan emails her saying she cannot get a refund but she will cancel the rest of her contract but NO money back. She also now as of today claims she has the photos available to give her, but won't do so until customer agrees to sign something saying she understands she cant get her money back AND is not getting any of the additional sessions. Additinally this thing says that if she signs she isnt allwoed to leave any negative reviews OR speak badly about the business. Obviously she is not signing it but now to get any money back she has to take her to dmall claims court. She has done this to SEVERAL PEOPLE. Its not a real business its a scam & the ones who did get their photos that ive met waited 8 months to a YEAR to get their actual final photos. For maternity and newborn...so after your newborn has already turned a year old you finally get photos from your pregnancy!? No. I have yet to find a single customer who got what they were promised or what they paid for. AVOID THIS PHOTOGRAPHER AVOID AVOID.
