Sharpe's was the only company that we spoke to that was in favor of reusing our existing brick and adding additional to cover the patio and extension. The other companies we spoke to did not even want to consider using our brick and wanted to sell us all new brick pavers which really increased the cost. Dustin and his crew were easy to work with, listened to our concerns and worked with us on them. The job turned out beautifully and we felt that the price was very reasonable for all the work that was done. Communication was good but I felt like I needed to "babysit" to make sure windows were being cleaned. I asked for the screens to be cleaned for the add on price and was told "we can't get them any cleaner than what they are". I will attach a picture of my "clean" screen. When inquiring about a quote, I sent pictures of indoor door walls that I wanted to be cleaned, was told no problem it would be quoted with job. The guys were wrapping up inside and I had to ask about the door walls, was told that wasn't on the quote and they would need to make a phone call. Was told they would do them but basically they would be doing it for free because the quote didn't reflect the extra cost. I tipped and felt obligated to add extra tip for the door walls. After the guys left I walked around and noticed screens were left out of windows and the rooms were left a mess with things that were moved and left, not at all the detail I am looking for. I have my windows done twice a year and more than willing to pay for great service and the extras, unfortunately, it won't be with this company again.
