We've used this company for lawn mowing and snow plowing form 2015-2022. We started with them back…read morewhen it was just a guy who cared. It's grown significantly since then. I will say four good things about them: 1. When it snows, they eventually show up and plow. 2. Their mowing schedule is reliable. 3. Their prices are mostly good. 4. They issue invoices via QuickBooks and you can pay them on-line. That being said, there are a number of things about the way they do business that I have really grown to dislike. 1. They pre-bill you for four plows at the beginning of the plow season. They pre-bill you a month in advance for mowing. They do a terrible job of accounting with this. 2. They don't apply left-over plow money to mowing or vice versa. 3. They don't provide a statement at the end of the season showing how much money you paid that they didn't provide services for. 4. The next year they will bill you for four plows again, even if you have extra money left from the previous plow season, let alone mowing season. It's like pulling teeth to get them to acknowledge that they have your money and apply it to your bill. 5. This year: a. I was billed for a plow that they didn't actually do. b. They levied a surprise charge of $15 for plowing 8" of snow. c. They levied a $10 late fee when I didn't pay that charge the day after they invoiced it. 6. Our mown area has grown smaller over the years because they don't actually mow and trim to the edge of the yard. I would not advise using them for snow plowing. If you do, keep your hand on your wallet. As far as mowing goes, you get what you pay for.
