Not only is she incredibly talented, but she has a wonderful personality and was really enjoyable to work with. She was able to create a hair and make up schedule, for a bridal party of over 14 women to be ready for a 2:00pm ceremony, and the day went flawlessly. Throughout the hair and make up trial, and on the actual day of my wedding- she constantly asked for feedback to make sure that I looked and felt exactly how I dreamed of. She really cares. First, red flag was that there was no AC in the store first thing my daughter said was ugh its hot in here. The lady turns a fan on...... Then I asked if she was the only one there, and she informed me the other nail tech would be back shortly ( He never showed up). When I told her I had an hour and a half to get 2 full sets she said we would be done before that. As the time crept on, the other tech never showed up and I said, is your other tech going to be here soon? Again, she promised he would be back soon. After she was done she started on my nails ( 5 min after I said I needed to be done). She rushed my nails and did a HORRIBLE JOb. Then we went to pay and she charged me an additional $10 for tips.... which is RIDICULOUS considering she reused the same nail 4 times to do my tips. So $10 for 3 nails? The left over ends she put back in the box. If I didn't have plans that I was already late for and my daughter and mother in law with me I would have let her know my real feelings. Worst part is I don't live there so I was unable to go back to have her fix my nails. I am mainly writing this to save anyone from getting scammed by this awful place who claims to do nails. My 8 yr old son could do a better job than she did.

This is my usual place for a H/C. I have been going there for a few years now, and they are very…read morefriendly. Have convenient hours and there is usually not much of a wait if any. The shop is clean and open and easy to get to. Parking is right outside the door's just a very short walk around brick walls. Its downtown Queensbury, across from the McDonalds and down the street from Walmart so everything else you may need is very close, (aka great location) I keep the same woman who does a great job and is super cute ;)
