More than a month later, I have been given apologies, excuses and repeated promises that the information would be sent to me and my messages and calls continue to go unanswered. I was also told months ago I would receive a call from their office with a quote for a custom door, but I never received the call. I don't know what has changed since my last experience, but something clearly has.The lack of responsiveness and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. No one called me back or communicated with follow up once this was provided. I made a trip to the shop a couple weeks later and met with a young woman who could not have cared less about what we wanted. Still, we picked up some samples and thought maybe we'd move forward. Another visit yielded questions about backsplash and tile (they don't do it), and installation and removal of existing material, which she couldn't answer. I left, thinking she'd get back to me with answers. After two weeks I called someone else (who did an excellent job). It appears to me that the focus is on supplying materials to commercial installers and not dealing with average homeowners.
