This TacoTime location is in the southern part of Moab and operates out of a trailer. I saw that they have a drive-thru and ended up grabbing a quick bite to eat. This was more of a late afternoon snack than a meal for me, so I just ordered a burrito. The cashier recommended the Stuffed Mexi-Fries on the side. These are fried potato balls with cheese and jalapeno peppers and were surprisingly good. This place did its job in satisfying our hunger until dinner time.
