They have a bunch of young girls, who really don't care about customer service, that work here. If you have a problem, which I do consistently, because of the lack of caring about their job of providing good customer service, they act like it's a pain in their butt to do their job and take care of it to make it right. The food could be good but they just throw stuff on or in there instead of proportionalizing. The sides are expensive for what you get. They fill the cup halfway. They are good but not worth the money for how much you get. The sandwiches are drenched in sauce so that's all you can taste instead of the actual ingredients. These young girls act like it's cool to be apathetic. Their smoothies are good so I gave it 2 stars but I wouldn't order the food. read more

The smoothies are always great, but everything else is a hit or miss. Half the time I go, i get a great wrap, the other half they forget to take off certain foods or it just sucks. Today we ordered online, and my wrap had things in it that were not advertised and i didnt order. The other wrap my friend ordered was a total mess, the minimal chicken they put in there was overcooked, and they forgot the cheese. Theres been times ive even got something completely different from what I ordered. Tropical smoothie is great, but I dont recommend this location. read more

As I sit here 15 minutes after placing an online order for a 10 minute pick up, I find it hard to add anything nice. There was a smoothie in the online order fridge, without a tag, so they had no idea if it was mine. Now I'm waiting for them to make one, which I don't have time for, and that's why I place my orders on the app. No other shop has this much trouble, but this Woodhaven one has no idea what's going on. In their store, on the internet, in this town, on this planet...they are clueless. I literally get the most basic smoothie, just strawberries and bananas. That's it. Why are they always so confused. It's not even busy. The parking lot and the shop are empty. I will give them a few points for walking it out to me in my car when I was done. But overall, I'm still meh. read more

The employees are not well trained about the rewards program or the app. I went there a few times and used the app to get the rewards and the app says I still haven't made my first purchase yet. The employee told me it takes a few days for a transaction to show up on the app and it still hasn't shown up. I will no longer be going there as I'm not getting my rewards. read more

I was in here with my little cousin, and the smoothies were good and came out at a good speed. We sat down to drink them and I noticed the music was playing extremely loud and with explicit language. Not only this, but I heard the staff in the back yelling and cursing as well. I love tropical smoothie let's start with that. My friend and I have been coming to the Woodhaven location a lot recently (we normally go to taylor of Lincoln Park) and the past two days are smoothies have not been good. We switch up our normal orders and got something different (lean machine and kiwi quencher) yesterday and the were bland and tasteless, like mostly ice and water. We thought it was just because it was different from our norm. So we went back today and had the same experience, both smoothies just tasted like frozen water. And we both had large chunks of something (fat burner) come through our states and leave a nasty taste. Definitely a waste of money. Maybe it was because they're busy or relatively new? Idk but we'll have to start going out of our way to go to a different location. I need my smoothies ya know? read more
