This is by far the worst Tropical Smoothie location I've been to. The last time I came, my smoothie was completely watery, and I gave them another chance hoping it would be better. Unfortunately, it wasn't. This time I ordered a Caribbean Jerk Wrap, but it came with no jerk sauce or pineapple salsa. Extremely disappointing. read more

Terrible Service and food. My husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered two Açaí bowls. We parked in the front to eat them and they were frozen solid. I walked the bowls back in to let them know they were inedible as they were frozen solid and they said that is how they come. They went and got the assistant manager who came out and immediately I could tell she was inconvenienced. I told her the bowls were inedible as they were frozen solid. She said that is how all their smoothie bowls come. I asked her, "They come inedible?" And she stated, "you can eat them, everyone eats them frozen". She then said if I didn't want them I could get my money back to which I agreed. The assistant manager and the girl at the window were rude from the get go. read more

Awesome food but customer service is terrible! Had a problem on the app. The order got duplicated was referred to corporate to refuses to respond and now I'm out 20 bucks and no food! Won't go back until they resolve this. read more

Went during a busy lunch time. They welcomed you as you come in through the door, smiles and courteous. Quick service and good, fresh food. Very good customer service, especially from the male cashier "Bobby W". I ordered the new Cajun Shrimp Salad and it includes a side, so I chose the jalapeño corn. Also, an Avocolada smoothie. The food is good, and the atmosphere nice. I'm not impressed with the service, and it took FOREVER to get bar drinks. We got our food beforehand. I'm sorry, but you make your most money on the bar. Wow! I'm super impressed with this place!! The food is amazing! The smoothies are scrumptious! The service was great! The ambiance is just right! Well done! Specifically I ate the Santa Fe quesadillas. Best quesadillas I have had anywhere. Also had the tropical chicken salad. Awesome! And the coleslaw..... wow!!! Awesome!! And the smoothies are really good! They don't serve drinks so plan on getting a smoothie for your drink. read more

I've had their food a few times from takeout & it seemed to be pretty good, so I decided to actually go in & sit down to eat & 1st thing I noticed was how roomy & aesthetic the interior was. Lots of natural lighting & most importantly how clean it was! Loved the music selection that they had because it really set the vibe. Walked up to order & was greeted by the friendly staff. I asked what was good & she basically recommend almost everything lol. She then followed up with her favorites so I ordered them because I wanted to taste something that I haven't had from here yet & I was glad I did. The food came out pretty quick & the smoothie followed a few short minutes after. Everything came out good & since they have fast free WIFI i even stayed after to do some work on my computer. Though, in a bigger city the competition is a little higher, it still pulls its weight with good quality food, service, and prices. I like this place due to their numerous smoothie choices and pretty yummy wraps/quesadillas. You can add whatever additives you choose such as protein powder or flaxseed to your smoothie and you can even reduce the sugar if youre watching your sweet intake. The ordering through app is always on time and I take advantage of this as waiting for food is not for me haha....I also have dined in once but it was a bit chilly for me so now for sure I just do pick up. read more

Yeah I don't get the hype here. It has potential as when you read the menu you get excited but just didn't have much of a kick when it came to their smoothies. The food menu was limited. I came here with my teenage daughter and we were immediately welcomed by all (3) staff members. They allowed us to look over the menu, no rushing us! The smoothies are so YUMMY! Good music and nice decor. Clean bathroom with nice toiletries. My daughter says, "This place is nice". I agree! We will be adding Tropical Smoothie Cafe to our list of healthy eats. read more

Their food is really good when it's made right. Every time I go something is off. Today my Thai chicken wrap didn't have the peanut sauce on it.
