We came in at 8:30pm on a Thursday so it was very quiet. The woman at the register was very helpful when I had forgotten what I'd gotten in the past. I ordered the Hummus Veggie Wrap, which comes with a free side, and hubby got a Chia Banana Boost Smoothie. If you order that together, the Smoothie is discounted. The dining area was spotless and vacant so we had our choice of seating. The Smoothie was made immediately and my Wrap came out shortly after. The Wrap was fresh and flavorful...just like I remembered it to be. The Smoothie was also very flavorful. We'll be back! read more

Always a reliable smoothie joint! I have never had a bad smoothie here. The cinnamon banana flavors were divine in my protein smoothie.

Got a dragon fruit bowl and a Caesar wrap. Unfortunately the dragon fruit bowl was way too sweet. It tasted like artificial sweetener was added. It was to the point where after a couple bites I could not eat it any more. Also the goji berries were too hard. Not in a crunchy way, just hard like a rock. Had to pass on these in my bowl. The Caesar wrap was nothing special. I think they put too much cheese so it tasted like a cheese wrap. Chicken was not too much. Overall not the best experience or food. read more

I am so disappointed in this location!! I was traveling so I was unable to go to my favorite tropical smoothie on 21 and van dyke where they actual care to take the time to double check the order/ read special instructions. Every item on this receipt was made wrong and drenched in dressing. Tomatoes/onions were added, the wraps were so soggy from all the dressing, and we were missing a banana. We had to throw the sandwiches out they were so disgusting. Will not be returning to any tropical smoothie for a while because I no long crave my favorite wrap. Will be contacting this location for a refund. Avoid this location!! read more

Very dirty inside... Very rude workers... For the price that tropical smoothie charges you, stay away from this place.

Food is good and the staff is always very nice. The place is always super clean too. The chipotle flatbread is the best and the bahama mama is fire read more

First time trying this place out but I was helping a friend that had their tonsils removed. Easy online ordering and my order was available when I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup time. Employees followed covid-19 guidelines and the inside was super clean! I loved the eclectic space with bright blue and orange chairs. While it's a bummer they don't have a drive-thru the parking lot is spacious and the service was quick. Most importantly... DELICIOUS! read more

Food is consistently good, not too expensive the service is good as well even when they're busy!! The vibe is nice I normally eat outside and only ever had one eh experience when I ordered a wrap and the rice was iffy. Normally get the flatbreads which are amazing! read more

I have been sick for a few hours now, stuff coming from both ends. I was positively poisoned. I wonder if it was my food or my smoothie

I started coming here by word of mouth an honestly I'm glad I did it doesn't matter what time I come in customer service is always on point nice friendly faces SUPER FAST now I went to other locations my this store is the one THEY ALL DESERVE BONUSES read more

On 9/7/23 at 4:50pm the store was not busy (one customer only, could see through the window parked out in front). I had a curbside order since I currently have a walking issue. The female employee would not answer the phone after several tries! And the answering machine was Full. Not even after the one customer left would she answer the phone. I had to ask a lady walking by to go in and get the employee's attention for me. She could see my car! The store worker gave my food to the kind stranger, instead of bringing it out to me and she was not apologetic or caring about it at all according to the nice lady who helped me. The Beach Bum Smoothie was good though. read more

I made a brief stop here today to fuel up between holiday events with a smoothie. While I've committed a lot of time waiting at other Tropical Smoothies, this visit was very quick and efficient. I waited in line for a short second and my smoothie was made not 3 minutes later. I was impressed with the prompt and friendly service. The quality of the smoothie was great and I had no issues with swapping dark chocolate for the standard white in my order. I appreciate the level of recipe and quality reliability between franchises. Parking gave me a little trouble as the lot is small and full. The short walk made me appreciate my smoothie that much more, though! Thanks for such a short and tasty stop! read more

Do not go to this location, there is one up the street on Walton. This is by far the worst location i have ever been to.The manager is very rude and they like to treat customers terrible. I only have issues when he is working.I ordered online and the manager purposely did not make my order bc he saw my name before i even arrived ..he looked at me and said i didnt make it. I ordered online and I arrived at the time the order confirmation said in my email. I dont wear a mask due to health reasons, enough said.I walk in to grab my order and walk right out. He decided to make a scene.I asked for the owners phone number and he said no.If you are the owner of this location i would find a new manager that knows how to communicate without being rude and yelling at a paying customer that orders a $10 peanut paradise daily, sometimes 2x a day. Beyond Juice is right around the corner and I choose TS. read more

Good variety of healthy smoothies, performance smoothies, and indulgent smoothies. This is close to my place of business so it's certainly convenient. I never had a bad smoothie here. They do also offer a few healthy options for sandwiches & salads. Chips and cookies are also available. Unfortunately they offer one size, and they are pretty big. It is a good value, though. They also offer many mix-ins, such as vitamins, chia seeds, etc. I joined their email club and this is my least favorite part about this store/business. They really don't offer coupons or great promotions. There is like "$1 off" every few months. That could use an improvement. More promotions = more smoothies sold = more money! Come on, TSC! read more

Friendly staff but very slow service. I love tropical smoothie but I don't recommend this location unless you have 20 minutes to wait for a smoothie. read more

Really bummed by the service here. I like the smoothies, and the girls who work the early morning hours are great, but for the second time in 3 to-go lunchtime sandwich orders, the restaurant used actual chicken on a thai chicken wrap that I'd subbed, and paid an up charge for, plant based chicken substitute on. As a vegan, I just can't let that pass. Too many other restaurants these days offering plant based options to go with a unreliable source. Do better Tropical Smoothie! read more

Sub par, last option out of all the options in that plaza. The sandwiches are always short something and never make out to be what they call out for. For example a Cuban sandwich with no Swiss cheese melted, or a Baja Chicken bowl with a teaspoon of avocado mash. Let's just say they take typical serving sizes of the core ingredients and cut them in half. read more

Prices are at least 6% higher (surcharge) than other locations. And expect a wait. Also always seem to miss SOMETHING requested to your order. read more

Smoothies were poorly blended. Ice chunks blocking the straw so it was very hard to drink. Smoothie did not fill the cup. I let the young guy at the front counter know I placed a pickup he pointed at the order right next to him and said "it's right here" and walked away. He wore headphones in both ears the entire time. Very unprofessional. Missing one straw. Pretty disappointed because every tropical smoothie restaurant I've been too is much better than this. This happened at about 12:30 March 31st. I'd suggest a different tropical smoothie or smoothie king. read more

This location in particular is very warm and welcoming. It never seems particularly busy and there is usually someone waiting at the front to take your order. After that it does take a little long to get everything in your order, even if you are the only one in there. I usually only get a smoothie and they are always made the same and to my liking. The only thing I would recommend to all Tropical Smoothie locations is that they offered more sizes because there is one size available and sometimes it is too much and only certain kinds are available in kids sizes. But, that will not stop me from going there that is different from coffee. read more

LOVE! i am a regular mostly due to the staff. everyone is so kind here & flexible with personalizing any smoothie or drink. asking for recommendations or opinions is super easy & they never fail. also for a filling light calorie meal- four cheese quesadilla is to die for!! read more

This is probably the worst prepared chicken capresse pressed sandwich. I could see how half of My chicken eas on the board while preparing and very very minute pieces of mozerella. The mothers my boyfriend and I just got tasted so watered down. I ordered the chia banana boost which is full of banana, strawberries, dates, almonds, etc and is usually extremely thick and flavorful. Not sure what they did wrong but it tasted horrible :/ read more

Smoothies are decent. Aside from the canned pineapple they put in them. & I'm Extremely disappointed in my quesadilla...it's the saddest looking thing ever. As you can see from the picture. Employees do not wear their masks and were coughing wile preparing food so I left. this is not what I expect to see in the food industry especially with uncooked food being served to someone in the current situation We are all dealing with. So I will not be going to this location again. I did leave their and go down the street to the Walton rd location And this store on the other hand is trying their hardest to make all their Customers comfortable, all the employees were wearing their masks and not just over their mouth and this stores a whole heck of a lot cleaner inside also signs and hand sanitizer are all placed properly in my eyes anyhow and the Crooks Rd store leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion read more

The Detox Island Green is PERFECT, and it's so good for you compared to the other choices. Sometimes you just don't have time to juice/make smoothies yourself...
