We had mixed feelings about our visit. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the…read morerestaurant itself looked clean from the customer area. However, the service flow was confusing and made for a disappointing dining experience. When we arrived, we were standing in line at the register, but were asked to move to the beginning of the food line. There wasn't any clear direction on where customers were supposed to line up, and with only one employee handling both the ordering line and the register, the process felt unorganized. The biggest issue was the ordering system. We wanted to order both a bowl and a mozzarella corn dog, but were told the corn dog had to be ordered and paid for at the register. By the time we reached the register, ordered it, and waited for it to cook, our bowls had already been sitting long enough to become cold. It would make much more sense if customers could order everything at the beginning, have the corn dogs cooking while the bowls are being prepared, and then pay once everything is ready. Instead, we ended up paying premium prices for food that needed to be reheated once we got home, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, several items also seemed neglected. The donut display was empty, and many of the bowl toppings were either empty or nearly empty. While the flavors were good, nothing tasted particularly fresh. It felt like ingredients had been sitting for a while instead of being replenished consistently, even though the restaurant was fairly busy. Behind the counter also appeared somewhat cluttered and disorganized, which raised a few concerns about cleanliness, even though the dining area itself looked well maintained. Lastly, the corn dogs were much smaller than they appeared in the photos, and the sweet potato corn dog was noticeably overcooked and burnt. Overall, the staff was very kind, and the food had good flavor, but the confusing ordering process, lack of fresh ingredients, empty stations, and food quality issues kept us from having the experience we were hoping for. You are allowed to get four base options but when you order that, they end up shortening the options so I got two white rice, one purple and sweet potato noodles, but my purple rice was half of the scoop that he was using.

As I entered Keke's I was greeted by a very nice young lady very happy, good personality, and she…read moreseated me right away. She handed me a menu and told me about the specials which I appreciated and said that my server would be right with me. I found everything to be completely spotless. Even the overhead lamps did not have any dust on them nor did the blades of the ceiling fans that were not running at the time the windows were spotless. Everything was very clean. My server was a nice young girl. She took my order and came back with it relatively quickly. She asked if I needed anything else and I said no I think I have it all and she left. I was very satisfied with the food. The pancake was very large and fluffy. The bacon I got more than I had expected. Usually you get two strips, but I got a lot more and they were cooked to perfection and the grits were very good as well. My iced tea was supposed to be sweet, but I got unsweet, but that's no big deal. I drank it anyway. The one thing that bothered me was the fact that the people behind me in their booth received my servers attention a lot more than I did. In fact, my Server never stopped by to ask if I needed anything or if everything was OK and she stopped probably five or six times at the table behind me. I wasn't too upset with that because I had everything I needed, but it would've been nice to be asked. Is everything OK? I ate my meal and gathered everything in a nice spot so they wouldn't have much to clean up. Finally, my server came back and she said OK I'll get your check and she brought it over and it took a few minutes for her to come back and get it because she had another group of people that came in. But I paid for my meal, which again, was one pancake, one small bowl of grits, and several slices of bacon with iced tea, which came to with tip $26 and change! To me that is extremely high for the food that I got. I do recommend Kiki's breakfast club because their food is good. But I would just like to see the servers checking up on their customers a little more often. All in all if you haven't tried Kiki's breakfast club, I would definitely give them a try. I would've given five stars had the waitress checked on me or acknowledged. I was there at least once or twice.

I know I'm getting a real hamburger you could tell the difference I try not to eat the fries. We have also eaten inside and the dining room and it is cleaned. They you could see every 5 to 10 minutes somebody walking wiping they're asking what you need. They bring the food out to you. My pet peeve is seeing darkness around the drinking fountain stations as we all know that is already shown to have mold inside so it makes me feel better when I see that at least you know there's a greater attempt to keep that area clean and hopefully they do a better job than most fast foods in making sure that that is not contaminated you know so very friendly always at the customer service and the best desserts. I will say my husband used to love their desserts and custard and what not so I could see why there's been competition springing up around them which also gives you options, but definitely versus it's nice because you could not only go through the drive-through, which overall is pretty quick, but you can also have the option to eat in the dining room room
