Good and healthy food. I like their smoothies, too. I have used them to feed workers lunch who were working at my home. Nice delivery service. read more

me and my friend hit the gym at 6:30am and then went here an hour after they opened at 8:00am. Right when we walked in Shayla greeted us and sounded very happy for working at 8am. She asked if we had any questions and we asked for protein recommendations. We both got the peanut paradise and thought it was very good. read more

They work hard in there and make a great drink fast. Quality and consistancy is a plus!

Called to ask about catering that is on there website, and there manager, told me they "dont really do catering" and when i asked so you guys dont do catering she said "well not often" then She told me id just have to order a big order and they dont offer any discounts and id have to buy each wrap individually. Absolutely absurd if you dont offer it why is it on your menu? read more

Every time I go there one of them kids have an attitude, it's almost as if you are open for business and I can come in and place an order.

Unfortunately first and last time at this location as for some reason the girls working there have a nasty attitude. Ordered two smoothies and those were fantastic and made fast. But the girl taking the order was rude, unfriendly, and didn't bother to greet or ask if we were ready to order as we were the only ones standing in there for about 5 minutes. Normally I would never give such a low rating based off the restaurant/smoothie place due to such unfriendly workers. It was very loud in there due to the music as well. read more

I have to say that I thought the lady who did my order messed up my bowls actually she did me a favor. She put the peanut drizzle under my toppings. I can say that she went over and beyond! Thank you so much for doing that. The person who answered the phone when I called Tropical Smoothie was very nice. Thank you so much for being so pleasant! I must say it's very clean in there also. I can't give a picture because it was so good ‍ read more

I would give a better review if it weren't for the fact that they mislabeled my quesadilla as plant based protien (which is what i ordered) and it was actually chicken. I haven't eaten meat in years and I didn't realize that it was real chicken until I ate most of it. When I called, the girl on the phone did apologize, however she didn't offer me anything for the mistake. I won't trust getting food from there again but I do like the smoothies. This location was clean and seemed nice when walking in. They do not have a drive through so just know that it's walk in only. read more

i love it here they always make my stuff right and is faster than the other ones in the area thanks yall

This is got to be the cleanest, orderly tropical smoothie café I've been to. Everything smells sanitized like a hospital. There are bottles of alcohol sanitizer foam pumps every 10 feet away on each table and countertop, And when they're not too busy or making an order they are wiping down and sanitizing everything behind their workstations the register the countertops the door handles etc. This is how every business should be but unfortunately they all are not. Really glad I came out to this location today! Keep up the good work guys you definitely earned your five stars. read more

I'm an essential worker that comes to this tropical smoothie at least 3x a week and spend my hard earned cash. I stop in today to use the rest room (side note all of the employees knows me from coming in weekly ) I was in a hurry today and needed a public rest where I felt safe to use and was told I couldn't use the rest room if I'm not a paying customer and was told that I had to buy something to use the rest room. I just was in there yesterday morning like I am every other morning get a smoothie and couldn't use to rest room today bc I wasn't buying anything well u guy's just lost a loyal customer I will not spend another one of my hard earned dollars at this location 23 & Gratiot poor service read more

My daughter and her friends just love this place. It seems to really appeal to teenagers. And even though I know a lot of smoothies are full of sugar and maybe not as healthy as people think they are...still, it's a big improvement over fast food and at least there are fruits (in most of them). I'm happy to have a smoothie place close to home. It's cute inside, the service has been friendly, and I've had no complaints with my drink. Recently I had a seasonal berry/cranberry smoothie. It tasted pretty much just like a berry smoothie, but it was really good. It would be nice if they offered small and large sizes. Right now it's one size (huge), which is great sometimes but other times I might want a smaller drink. I haven't tried any of the food yet but I'm sure I will eventually. read more

Amazing staff and happy atmosphere. Happy to be a returning customer! The food/smoothies are always up to par. Will be returning!

It's super annoying that you charge for supplements and half of it goes down the drain. If I pay for it then I should get every drop that goes in (or close to). Oh yeah and here's the onions that weren't supposed to be in my wrap too. read more

I know this is a chain and the experiences should be similar at each location but this is easily the best location for consistency and customer service. I come in at least 1-2 times a week to make orders for everyone at my business and they always make sure my order is perfect. The staff is always helpful. I also appreciate how cautious and safe they are during this time. If this isn't your closest tropical smoothie location it may still be worth it to make the trip. read more

This is by far the best Tropical Smoothie Cafe I have ever been to. Always clean, great customer service and fast. Other Tropical Smoothie Cafe restaurant managers should be trained at this location (I'm just saying) read more

This was by far the worst tropical smoothie I have ever been too. The smoothie is ice with hardly any actual smoothie, I even found and ice chips in my smoothie while I was eating my wrap I found this hard piece the size of a coconut shrimp but after smelling it I realized it was not close to chicken, I was very confused by it especially because it has the texture of a rice crispy treat read more

This place has great smoothies. The menu is quite extensive. However, you have the option of modifying a drink to your liking. One of my favorites is the detox green because it is naturally sweetened plus i add strawberries. YUM. i also recommend the baja chicken wrap. It has beans and avocado. Its quite tasty. Plus the kale slaw is amazing. This location is very clean and roomy. You have room to stretch your legs. The best part is thwir service. They are always polite and treat my like their favorite customer read more

I've had a couple bad experiences here with some of the younger staff but I love the menu and always come back and tonight after a bad day I received the best customer service from the staff, friendly, inviting and giving, which is exactly what you want in customer service. Plus my smoothie was fantastic. read more

Covid has nothing to do with the poor service at this location. It was a bad experience because the order taker couldn't hear anything we ordered. With that said, it was no surprise the order taker got order wrong. The manager blamed it on the masks and the safety glass. Here's my tip: turn down the music. It's pretty sad when none of your employees and customers can't hear each other. I couldn't even hear myself think, the music was so loud! I gave three stars because they eventually got our order right. read more

I ordered the Beach Bum smoothie and they gave it to me without the chocolate, so they remade it and made the wrong smoothie with a different name. But, at that point I wasn't going to wait for a third time to have it remade. I don't know how hard it is to make a smoothie correctly. Not going back for a while. read more

I love the chicken ceaser wrap. I recommend this place to everyone out there. :)
