The service is horrible. They're very rude every time i've gone and they've argued and cussed at me multiple times on video. One time i came in and they were blasting very inappropriate music. Stop by once in a while I really enjoy the I believe it's called the peanut power smoothie . You can get it in chocolate or strawberry or just peanut butter . I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to store #1762 at 50918 Gratiot in Chesterfield, MI. I placed an order for two Kindness in a Cup, one Strawberry Kiwi Breeze, and one Strawberry Peanut Power for myself and my three daughters. After about five minutes of waiting, I noticed two smoothies sitting on the counter. No one acknowledged that they were for me, and no one communicated with me about my order. To my shock, Lea then proceeded to hand smoothies to a couple who had ordered after us. When I inquired about why they received their orders first, Lea's response was simply, "because they had less than you did." This was not only an inadequate excuse but also insulting, as it was not my responsibility to ensure that the store prioritized orders based on size. When I asked Lea why she didn't make my order first, she claimed she didn't know which smoothies were mine. I reminded her that she had taken my order--a point that should have been obvious given that she personally handed the couple their smoothies, but somehow she couldn't make that connection with mine. To make matters worse, she had not even started making my other two smoothies until after I complained about the delay. This situation, which unfolded in front of my young daughters, was completely unacceptable. Instead of offering an apology or an explanation for the poor service, Lea chose to argue and make excuses. It was only after I finally received my full order that another employee apologized for the situation, which I truly appreciated, but by then, the damage was done. I have been a loyal Smoothie King customer for years, even while living in Florida, and I've always had positive experiences at your stores. Unfortunately, this visit was by far the worst. I cannot believe that this is how your employees are trained to treat customers, especially those who are loyal to the brand. The treatment I received was not only disappointing but also insulting, and I honestly don't know if I can return to this store or continue spending my money there after such an appalling experience. Please take this feedback seriously and address the lack of professionalism and respect I experienced at this location. Smoothie King opened in July of 2019, and to this day, there is still not a single review of the place... time to put Smoothie King Chesterfield on the playing board... Smoothie King is not your average smoothie joint or juice bar. We happened to be in the area and my kids spotted it and kids being kids, wanted one instantly. I gave in knowing that the next influence would be a Frosty from a fast food chain. Never been to Smoothie King before, but the staff was helpful in providing some recommendations. While he prepared our drinks, I asked him a little about the franchise which he obliged as best he could. Their MO is focused on blending drinks with all natural ingredients without any added sugars. Many of them providing nutrients that benefit and promote a healthier body and lifestyle. Many of the fruit and vegetable blends had a purpose and not all are recommended for kids. But they do have options for children, so be sure to talk the staff. There were several blends geared towards different lifestyle goals. Low calorie blends are geared towards keeping your weight or slimming you down; fitness blends have protein and amino acids to help you build muscle mass; wellness blends have proven natural ingredients to boost immunity and are packed with vitamins and minerals to keep the body healthy; break time blends consists of natural fruits and vegetables without all the extras noted above; and the kids blends are pretty much your indulgence variety that may introduce things like chocolate. Of course, if you don't like any of their blends, you are also free to customize your own. At the recommendation of the staff, we ordered a couple of the wellness blends, the Veggie Superfood, and the Recharge Pineapple. Veggie Superfood. Packed with vitamins, this blend consisted of organic Spinach, Kale, and Carrots, fruits were Banana and Dates, juice was of course Pineapple, and lastly electrolytes were added for quicker absorption and energy boost. Recharge Pineapple. This consisted mainly of Banana and Pineapple, and juice was a blend of Apple and Pineapple. Both drinks were surprisingly delicious. Despite the veggies in the Superfood drink, the flavors were nicely balanced and the veggies were not overpowering. They were sweeter than I expected considering their MO of no added sugars. A solid 4 stars for each. From a price point perspective, they're a tad on the high side at just over five bucks for a 20oz, but considering the ingredients, you're getting what you pay for. Kids drinks go for just over three bucks for 12oz. In addition to smoothies, the company also offers retail products, including sports beverages, energy bars, vitamins and supplements. They also have a Healthy Rewards loyalty program whereby you earn points with each purchase that can be redeemed toward free smoothies, exclusive offers and personalized discounts. My husband and I love coming here for our smoothies. They're delicious and you have a lot of options depending on your mood. But today I had a horrible experience during the drive thru. We got to smoothie king at 5:45pm. I saw a sign outside near the drive thru that stated smoothies after 4pm is 4 dollars. So I asked my husband to ask if that includes all the smoothies or certain ones. My husband asked the gentlemen and his response was he wasn't familar with that deal and he doesn't know what we are talking about. I was hoping he he would ask someone or find out for us but he didn't care at all. After asking him again, his response was "well if there is a sign then I'm sure it's a deal." Smoothie King has some of the best staff I have ever seen! It was my first time and they were all so helpful. They gave me suggestions from each section of the menu!
