The salmon was tender and flavorful, with an accompanying sauce filled with red and green peppers, tomatoes finely diced and a red sauce. Must I say it was absolutely delicious. The jasmine rice was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were blanched just right. I enjoyed my dinner. I will definitely be ordering this again and sampling other dishes on the menu. The aesthetic of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming, with good music playing in the background that sets a great vibe. The staff is super friendly, and the whole environment just makes you want to stay a little longer. I even had the chance to meet the owner during my visit, and he was incredibly kind and passionate about what he's building here. The bread has a garlic butter spread, the steak is of high quality (far better than anything from the local bodega), and the cheese and onions bring it all together. The people who were working were so kind and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed (napkins, enough cream and sugar for the coffee, a fork for the watermelon, etc).
