I came in to buy some shells and politely asked the clerk if she could wrap them in a little extra bubble wrap since we were heading on a trip to Las Vegas and needed to protect them. Her response was rude and dismissive, flat out refusing. The bubble wrap was sitting right in front of her, which made her attitude even more incomprehensible. These are delicate and expensive items, and such a complete lack of willingness to help leaves a very bad impression. I would love to recommend them based on their selection, but the service needs a major improvement.

Upon arriving, my young daughter needed to use the restroom and the clerk was not very accommodating but reluctantly allowed her to use the facilities saying that "it looked like an emergency". I found the pen selection was relatively limited and the prices were substantially higher than retail for no apparent reason. I asked a few basic questions and the clerk was not very knowledgeable, at points even confused about very basic usage. We are very attentive parents and several times during our visit the clerk scolded my daughter for touching thinks while under our direct supervision stating " I don't want her to feel bad if she breaks something". Overall, the clerk was very condescending and rude and we ultimately did not make a purchase. I subsequently ordered everything that I wanted through online retailers at much better prices. I would've been happy to pay a little more to support a local business if the clerk had been kind and if the experience had been positive.

The store is Deb's ATouch of Florida, Naples. Deb's hastwo locations in Tin City. One features collectable items and household goods. That location always has great collectable and household goods. We always find something worth buying at Deb's. The items are of very high quality and reasonably priced. The other Deb's located in Tin City and has shoes, pocketbook, baseball caps and other items. While at Deb's of Florida, Naples I purchased a very nice pair of slippers on Frod Togg brand shoes. Also, purchased a beautiful 250th anniversary baseball cap. It is the nicest and good looking 250th anniversary baseball I have seen. Two weeks later, I returned to purchase another pair of shoes. They are extremely comfortable and of excellrnt quality. On our second trip bak to Deb's we also saw a beautiful pocketbook for my wife. Again, all of items purchased at both of Deb's locations are of excellent quality and reasonably priced considering the quality of each item. We visit both of Deb's Touch of Florida, Naples every time we go to Naples. We highly recommend Deb's when you visit Naples Florida. It is a fun andsatisfying experience.​​

This store is called Deb's Touch Sole & More and is a shoe store which is in the same marketplace as Deb's Touch of FL gift shop and both businesses are owned by the same person. One of the only Oofos sandals dealer that has big sizes up to 15. They had a sale rack of selected sandals at 50% off. Well organized little shop with great staff.

I got a really nice beach towel for $14, a picture frame for $6, and a keychain for $4, plus some really nice postcards. The T-Shirt Hut's souvenirs were even cheaper than the souvenirs at Bailey's or Jerry's, and you would expect a grocery store would have cheaper souvenirs than a souvenir shop. If economy is your goal, I don't think you'll find more reasonably priced, quality souvenirs anywhere else but at the T-Shirt Hut. And this store was just fun to walk through. Plus, it's a great thing to do on a rainy day in Sanibel.

The store is a bit bigger than most shops and the better of the merchandise are the t-shirts and sweatshirts. They were of better design and quality without being too expensive. By better design, I mean the shirts were not cheesy or super touristy. It does not look like you got the shirt at a giveaway. The designs and cuts were just enough to say casual beach wear and if you wanted to stock up for gift giving it won't break the bank. There are shells to buy in the back of the store as well. Sand dollars were in good condition and they have a good variety of smaller colorful shells too. Good people working there as I was not pressured to buy something.
