And had me pulled up in the computer. Now it takes forever to get checked in. Today I couldn't even tan while I was there. Their system wasn't working. And now they don't open till 10am. However since it's so close to my home, they almost always have a bed available and they do have good beds, I thought I'd give it another try. So glad I did!! There is a new manager who is GREAT! Very friendly and upbeat and seems to really know her stuff. I also noticed the salon is much MUCH cleaner and the staff also seems happier. The only reason they are getting 4 stars rather than 5 is because they do have a lot of turnover which I can see in that kind of job since it's mostly young girls. They are all very friendly but you Dan tell they got little to no training. They are fine with straight forward membership people who only have to chose what they want to do but if it's anything like merchandise or upgrade purchases or question they seem lost. I can't blame them because it really seems like lack of proper training. However even with that issues the salon is 100% better than it had been! I'm glad I decided to give it another try!

The girl who was working convinced me to do what I was told was a 3 month membership. It had 3 monthly payments and then it would be done. Come to find out, 3 months later I was still getting charged. I went into the salon and cancelled it. I still got charged after canceling it so I called customer service and left a voicemail. They never called me back so I next called accounting. The lady who helped me with accounting was named Danielle and she was very rude and condescending. She basically said this was all my fault because it was all in the fine print. Yes, I should have read every detail on the contract I signed but the fact that Tropitan is condoning their employees to falsely advertise their services is disgusting. I'm very unsatisfied with the level of customer care I have received corporation wide.
