Leah damaged my hair and has left harsh bleach lines in an attempt at what she calls an balayage. When I approached her about either fixing the lines or a refund to apply towards getting the botched hair job fixed somewhere else, she was incredibly rude, condescending, and claimed that it was the shampoo I was using-- the shampoo she suggested, nonetheless. It cost me $350 at high end salon to get my hair fixed. Don't be fooled by the curls in all her pictures. It's so much easier to hide the awful job she does by curling the hair and having a bright light in pics which causes a glares and hides the mistakes as well. I've attached pics of my hair 6 days after she dyed it-- one wash. ONE. Edited to state balayage instead of ombré. Like it matters anyway. Also my hair was not damaged, it was thin at the bottom so we cut a few inches off to make it look thicker. I opted to use the recommended products and bought them the next day from beauty brands rather than from you. My review did not state that I washed my hair day one. It stated that this happened after one wash.
