Although the initial correspondence was quite professional with the owner - Bosco, the experience thus far has been extremely disappointing and callous. Bosco promptly sent out someone to pick up the deposit. A labour resource then showed up to clear the existing sod and this was put all around our property creating a bloody mess for us and the neighbours. We were promised that the debris would be cleared next day morning & new sod will be laid out in the same day as well and we have ever since then been waiting and waiting and hearing one excuse after another with no consistent communication whatsoever. Whatever Bosco has said so far was pure BS as he has not stood up to his promises of removing the Debris and / or getting the sodding done. It's all about appearing goody goody and professional until the deposit is taken and that's about it. If you re planning to call these guys based on online reviews, please BE WARE AND DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS even for a quote as they seem to be only interested in collecting a deposit and accept multiple jobs at multiple sites without any proper planning and not deliver on their promises.
