I live downtown, there is no to access my backyard but through my neighbour back yard. I told Rhoda that I could not set a date until I speak to my neighbour. Fast forward, a couple of weeks ago I was at my cottage. My daughter calls me and tells me that there is a guy at the house with a ladder and he wants to clean the eves. I said, there is no way.. because I have not arranged it with my neighbour. He has to come back when I make arrangements. I received several calls from Armstrong and I explained over and over what took place. The today I get a call from Rhoda insisting that they cleaned the eves?? Impossible, because no one could or have entered the back yard. Then she said that they cleaned the front. I said , even if they did, which I don't believe they did, because they needed a 40 foot ladder. And I never asked to have the front. Then she said that if I didn't pay, that they would bring all the debris back. I said you didn't clean in the first place. I took it as a threat! Then she went off and called me a crazy bitch.
