A COMPLETE SCAMMER! I'm not the type to leave a review like this but other consumers need to be…read moreaware of my experience. I SEVERELY REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY." I quote the word company because I believe this is a one man operation cleverly posing as a reputable company. I received messages from the same phone number claiming at times to be two different people. First it was "Brooke" in "Front Office Scheduling," then it was Jason, the guy who actually showed up to do the repair. I paid for a screen and battery replacement for my iPhone 11 Pro, which I thought was done correctly until I realized my Face ID stopped working. I let him know of the issue so he came back and "reseated" my existing Face ID assembly the next day but it stopped working again within an hour. I also reported my battery health and functionality didn't improve after he supposedly replaced it so I believe he lied to me about replacing my battery. I have no way of confirming this myself and he denied lying about it. I was told I would have to pay $100 for a new Face ID assembly and the labor for it to be installed but I refused and claimed he caused the issue when he had my phone open and worked on it (obviously) so the repair should be covered by his 90 day warranty. After several weeks of back and forth, he finally claimed he would fix this issue under warranty and free of charge but when I attempted to schedule this service, he ghosted me. I tried following up multiple times and was ignored. I ended up spending about $300 for a decent screen replacement, but my battery health remains the same and now my Face ID doesn't work. I should've continued using my phone with the cracked screen and saved my money. Don't make the same mistake I did by allowing this dishonest man to work on your device. He will take advantage of you, especially if you aren't very knowledgeable in tech. I have record of all my interactions and will be pursuing a case in small claims court.

He informed me once a he placed a sticker was on it - It was considered returned. The retun never showed up on Amazon $85.05. I called this store on three different days and they said they could do nothing about it. I was finally able to convince Amazon I returned my item and they refunded my money. I will never return or purchase items from the Troy Staples.

Today I stopped in for a new IPhone case, one with a charging battery built in. I know that this is a very specialized request so I looked in the Mophie web site for stores nearby that carry those products. Not only did Staples have exactly what I was looking for but they price matched what I had found on line - saved me $40.00!!! Nice place, friendly workers, fast service, tons to pick from....what else do you need? As Arnold said, 'I'll be back'
