Overall I am highly satisfied with this business. Jerry, the owner, came out and personally measured my window openings for the new window order, and quoted me a fair price for his removal/install work. He let me know when the windows had arrived from the factory in St. Cloud, MN. He set up an install date that was convenient for me. His crews did the removal and replacement over 2 days time, and Jerry came to the house both days to ensure all went well. The first day he had 4 workmen, and the second day he sent 7 workmen, who were all polite, competent and cleaned up debris and around the house before they left. Scratched an appliance. Left staples and brush hairs in not completely sealed wood. Even though we told him we wanted all garbage taken away and it was already in the bid he told us to burn the cardboard. Plus more things he was in over his head on. He does not do sheetrock or painting. We were very pleased with the other people who completed the job.
