Jerry's Handyman Services Inc. of Menahga, MN, removed the 8 windows (including 5 large picture windows) from my home and replaced them with new Thermo-Tech windows I had bought from Park Rapids Building Supply in Park Rapids, MN. Overall I am highly satisfied with this business. Jerry, the owner, came out and personally measured my window openings for the new window order, and quoted me a fair price for his removal/install work. He let me know when the windows had arrived from the factory in St. Cloud, MN. He set up an install date that was convenient for me. His crews did the removal and replacement over 2 days time, and Jerry came to the house both days to ensure all went well. The first day he had 4 workmen, and the second day he sent 7 workmen, who were all polite, competent and cleaned up debris and around the house before they left. All in all, everything went well and I would highly recommend this business if you need the services of a handyman. Greg in Nevis, MN read more

They are Renewal by Anderson windows installed by Western Products. They have leaked worse than the old widows they replaced since they were installed. Western Products service is a joke. It had been a struggle to get them to respond sometimes it takes me calling repeatedly. The couple times I've gotten someone out to look at them they only have put a dollar worth of foam pieces in to try to in my opinion bandage the leaks. Did nothing to help with problem. Be very cautious of this company and products. There sales team really make it sound good and make you think the will work diligently to resolve any problems. I have found out he hard way so far this is not true. I will keep posting any progress with my situation.

He drinks way to much for being a person around fragile situations plus he has a lot of other aliases and stuff like that is concerning

Jeremey and Al where a pleasure to work with, they were there when I needed them to be. Very reasonably priced never had to hold my breath when I opened the bill, very good quality of workmanship I highly recommend them. I wish all contractors I hired were as professional as them and not a nightmare like the rest I hired. What's that you ask what do I mean, please let me explain! I hired Tom Lex construction (1*) look up my review on Yelp. I hired Precision Plumbing (1*) look up my review on Yelp. One other contractor to stay away from is Jeff Giefer Drywall, he is an X-marine, Christen and a self proclaimed thief. If your into a self righteous vulgar speaking individuals he's your man. This project was supposed to be fun for me and my responsibility to these people was to pay the bill which I did, there responsibility to me was to do their best with quality workmanship and not act like a DEI hire. Your work speaks for itself and your only as good as your last Job. Sorry about the rant, but I am a little angry, I hope that doesn't show to much but enough to get my point across, aside from these losers Jeremey is the best of the best. You can't go wrong with him and Al. I would diffidently have a beer with these guys.
