I was disappointed in the service from the sales person (I believe his name was Paul. Shirt older…read moreguy.). He left us waiting a very long time while he was in his phone multiple times. Then when we chose different sample for both hardwood and carpets, he went to check the prices of each one for 15 minutes each time. No way it takes that long to look up the price individually. The carpet installer did a good job but left the place a mess. I thought they would have at least cleaned up or vacuumed. The hardwood installer did a good job. Don't remember name, possibly Doug. But Paul overcharged us quite a bit including boxes of hardwood not used by us. Luckily we noticed and told him to change the bill. Not happy with Paul one bit.

I had new flooring picked out, an in-home consult and my new carpet and vinyl ordered before any of the other companies even returned my call. The process was extremely easy and convenient. I can't praise the staff at Carpet World enough. When I went to the showroom, every single staff member was friendly, polite and helpful. I worked directly with Brenda, who I'd highly recommend. She was knowledgeable, gave me her professional opinion and I never once felt like I was being pushed or rushed to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. Commented on their FB page and was contacted with the promise they would contact me again, then they ghosted. Never answered their phone or returned calls. If this company decides they can make more money somewhere else, they will ignore you. The lack of customer service and communication reflect poorly on every other aspect of their business. At this point, I honestly wouldn't hire them if they had the best price and did the best work. It's not worth the disrespect to the customer.
