I am freshly postpartum as a first time mom and am feeling under the weather and the ladies made me feel STUPID for not knowing that this location doesn't accept walk ins (even though they are my primary care provide.) They brought me to tears and when they noticed I was upset they transferred me to a lady named Linda who made me feel even worse by just completely ignoring how the office ladies made me feel and like she was INCONVENIENCED by me needing an appointment. I will be switching my PCP and will never recommend this location to anyone. I will also be contacting a higher up to explain the situation and have them review the phone calls so this hopefully never happens again.

My favorite doctor is Dr. Adell, but she has moved to a more admin role, so I only get to see her sometimes, but her other two doctors are just as good. I appreciate that my wait time is never too long, the nurses are just as nice as the doctors, they have their own lab in the doctors office, and I never feel rushed when talking to the doctor. They always answer all my questions, and I truly feel like they care about my health. The other bonus is that this location is super close to my house. It is a win-win!

I have so many compliments. Number one I felt so at ease with my consult and he explained everything in detail and actually listened to my complaints that I have. He (Dr Mills) even explained some of the symptoms that I'm having and why he thought I was. Forward three weeks later I have this procedure well actually I had several procedures done. Of course I was knocked out and don't remember much that was said afterwards. He relayed the message to my gf. Then Dr Mills personally called me a couple days later to tell me we needed to discuss treatment options. This was literally the day before Thanksgiving. A Dr who calls himself means something these days. I also need to say that the procedures were not stressful and just simply easy. Yes I know I was knocked out, but the whole process of getting there was much better than I had expected. I had very little pain in the next few days as well. Most definitely recommend this place and Dr Miller. I should also mention everyone who checked me in and helped was just fantastic. Make sure you look at their retro little keyboards.

After experiencing a retained miscarriage, she went to see Dr Chellappan and was given medication that did not work. She returned the next Monday and a DNC was scheduled on Thursday. On Wednesday, she sought emergency medical care when she developed signs of sepsis. Instead of receiving support from her OB-GYN, she was "fired" as a patient for seeking urgent, necessary care at the emergency room. Dr Chellappan would not do a follow up visit for her. It is unacceptable for a doctor to abandon a patient in such a vulnerable state. Patient care should be the top priority, especially in situations where life-threatening complications arise. This decision was not only cruel but also a violation of the basic principles of medical ethics. Patients deserve compassion, continuity of care, and respect--not punitive actions for making responsible healthcare decisions. I strongly advise anyone considering Dr. Chellappan to look elsewhere for a provider who genuinely cares about their patients' well-being. No one should have to fear losing their doctor for prioritizing their health and safety.
