I contacted Angel Diaz 6/4/25 to discuss, and he indicated he would come out and take a look that evening. He did not, nor did he come out 6/5. He then texted me 6/6 asking when was a good time to come out only to no-show no call that as well. He then failed to respond to multiple texts. Called him again 6/11 and he said he'd be out that evening only to no-show/no-call once again. Called him again 6/12. Angel made a point of reminding me he had not provided a contract or itemized invoice for his services (which he offered a discount for, so he could later claim he had no obligation), then provided a litany of excuses why he hadn't fulfilled his promises to inspect the issue. Instead of paying Mr. Diaz for his services flush your money down the toilet, find a new company, and save yourself the trouble.

Hopping with Happiness: A Fantastic Experience with Hornbeck KangaRoof!…read more I want to give a massive shout-out to Hornbeck KangaRoof for the outstanding job they did on my roof! From my very first casual conversation with Justin about his business right through to the final inspection, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. My initial contact was with Nick, who came out to provide the estimate. Even though he was running a few minutes late, he was courteous enough to text me with an update - a small gesture that spoke volumes. His inspection was incredibly thorough; he didn't just walk around the property, he actually got up on the roof and even ventured into the attic. This comprehensive approach gave me real peace of mind, knowing they were looking for any potential hidden costs, like the possibility of needing to replace 30-year-old plywood. The estimate itself was competitive with the other two quotes I received, but what truly set KangaRoof apart was the accompanying information. They provided detailed company information, workers' compensation documentation, a certificate of liability insurance, and other important documents. This level of transparency and professionalism from Nick and Justin, coupled with the comprehensive proposal package, made my decision an easy one - I accepted their quote. Scheduling the work was a breeze. We were working around the unpredictable spring weather, and Kaylee in the office was fantastic at keeping me informed via text updates. She always made sure the rescheduled days worked for my schedule. The delivery of the shingles, dumpster, and other materials a couple of days prior to the work was seamless. They were placed exactly where Nick and I had discussed, showing excellent communication and planning. On the scheduled day, the crew arrived promptly with Nick. They worked diligently throughout the entire day, even staying a little later to ensure the job was completed in one go. Nick returned for a final inspection, which included showing me some of the drone video footage - a really impressive touch! He also meticulously searched the surrounding area for any stray nails or debris, and I was amazed at how few he found, a testament to their clean and careful work. Overall, I am absolutely thrilled with the service and the quality of work provided by Hornbeck KangaRoof. From the initial contact to the final cleanup, their team was professional, communicative, and dedicated to doing an outstanding job. I would wholeheartedly recommend Hornbeck KangaRoof for any and all roofing projects - you won't be disappointed! This work completed in Mineral Ridge, Ohio.
