We started using her because we really had no solid foundation on how to train our golden retriever. She showed up at our home and we instantly loved her and so did Zinnia our puppy. We elected to board/train her while we left for vacation and she exceeded all our expectations. Zinnia is fantastic and we have plenty of information and tools to continue working with Zinnia on our own but Melissa will continue being our trainer on more advanced skills (service dog) and we feel like we have made a new friend also.
