They were clear to explain the additional fees and show me on the website/ software as needed. The fingerprinting was done efficiently on the first try. The last live scan place I went to had to try repeatedly for some reason. The environment is calm and peaceful and reminds me of being in a comfortable living room. All signs are clear with useful information to make things simple. I was pleasantly surprised and can say I even enjoyed my experience. I will continue to return for future service and am happy to recommend this establishment.

I work in law and scanning a document shouldn't be charged whether it's one page or 1,000 pages If their machine is slow as they claimed over the phone then why should the client be penalized then excuses it with "well my employee stood there for two hours!" So what?! That's why she's your employee that you hired to provide a service for an hourly wage. Not in my years of experience doing immigration work or personal injury work have I ever charged struggling families for this. That's not right.
