The service was top notch. I came in Thursday and Friday to look for sandals for myself and a hat for my wife. I found the selection of items great. They carry what some big chains carry but they also have more. I ended up purchasing the comfiest pair of sandals I have ever had before. Freewaters Cloud 9 are amazing. For my wife the goal was a hat that would block the sun from her face and float. They carry Turtle Fur which accomplishes that! I am a very slow deliberate shopper but I found the customer service so great and the value for several items so good, I bought in store happily. Add to the fact that the store is easy to reach and this store is a must before the beach!

He was very helpful and patient as I am not the best hitter off of simulation machines. It took about 4 1/2 hours to do the full bag and he was as positive at the end as he was in the beginning. He kept me apprised of the status of the clubs as they were being built. The quality of the clubs is amazing and it has already improved my handicap by over five points. They also have a nice referral program, which was honored when I sent a friend in for a driver fitting in March. Michael is very good at fitting, customer service and follow up. Their program is super helpful as it allows you to come in after you get your clubs for additional insights on your swing and how the clubs are performing. They also will do any adjustments as needed. Highly recommend

Prior to Perry's, we went to several other chain stores looking for a specific style of ring and setting. We knew from the get go that it would have to be specially made, but received virtually no help from other places. We were told to go online and pick a center stone from there. Dejected, we decided to quit for the day and try another day. If only we had known before we started the hunt that Perry's Emporium was the place to go! We walked in and were immediately greeted by a friendly woman at the front door who introduced us to Luke! It was easy to tell that he is passionate about his job and sincerely wanting to help his customers. Not only did he listen to us and what we wanted, but he was knowledgeable about their inventory. When a question about configuration came into play, he went and got one of their ring designers to come out and speak with us. He made sure to cover all of the bases. He ordered in a few different center stones for us to pick from and promptly called us when they arrived to see them in person. Fast foward to the proposal, and my ring could not be more beautiful! To add the cherry on top, Perry's sent my fiance and I a holiday cake as a thank you for purchasing with them. Any other jewelry purchaes we make while we live in North Carolina will not happen anywhere else. We truly feel part of the Perry's Emporium family!
