Excellent Service from Francisco Landscaping!…read more I've hired Francisco Landscaping multiple times to help my clients prepare their homes for sale, and they've always done a fantastic job. Their services have included full yard cleanups--both front and back--tree and shrub trimming, weeding, fresh bark mulch installation, and power washing of patios and driveways. Francisco is quick to respond with quotes, offers very reasonable pricing, and shows up with a skilled crew who work efficiently and thoroughly. They leave the property looking clean and polished, and always haul away all the yard debris. I've been consistently impressed with their reliability, professionalism, and quality of work. Whether you're getting your home ready to sell or just want your yard to look its best, I highly recommend Francisco Landscaping!

Spencer did a great job cleaning up my entire yard and installing raised beds in the area between…read morethe road and sidewalk. During the initial consultation, he really listened to me and made sure he understood what I wanted. He asked about short-term and long-term plans for the property, and because I'm renting this house, asked a lot of questions regarding both my budget and the permanence of some elements of his work. This showed me that he cared most about doing the job right, rather than just getting my money. His estimates included options for smaller- and larger-scale projects as well as discounts for sweat equity (work my family did on various aspects of the project). I really appreciated this flexibility. Spencer was also very diligent about cleaning up after himself after each day's work, which I'm sure my neighbors appreciated. Spencer upcycles material as much as possible and manages to make it look great in the process. The four raised beds and the inlaid, recycled concrete stones are gorgeous; I can't wait to start planting veggies and flowers in the boxes. It was a pleasure to work with Spencer during all aspects of this big project; he has a knack for handling the big picture as well as paying attention to the details that make or break this kind of work. Highly recommend Wild Roots Landscaping!

Price was very reasonable for the work to be done, They showed up on time and with a bit of prep, got started on the job right away. These guys are a very hard working professional team. Customer satisfaction is very important to them, as well as being very cordial and doing the job right. Cleanup including raking, picking up small branches and leaf blowing was very nice to make the yard tidy. I was completely happy with the finished job and will now be using ACME for all my tree service needs. I suggest you give them a try, as you will not be disappointed.

We needed dead trees removed, live trees removed (two intertwined with a valuable cedar and one extremely close to the house!) some dead trees snagged, and some very tall trees pruned. Ken's Tree Service was recommended by everyone we asked and we soon saw why. Theirs was the lowest bid with the highest quality of work. Ken, the owner, personally supervises every job and his decades of experience really showed. The crew was highly professional, very safe, and they all knew exactly what they were doing. They showed up on time, worked together like a well-oiled machine, and didn't waste a minute. They were very careful, didn't cause any damage to other plants or buildings, and their cleanup was great, even blowing sawdust off our roof. They do NOT use spikes to climb trees--important during this drought when trees are already so stressed. We could not have been more impressed with the caliber of this company.

I hired Earthwork Tree Services because I was afraid of a large, rotten maple near my home. I have…read moreleft home when high winds threatened, and I wanted my family to be able to sleep in their own beds without that fear. My card has now been charged $2,275, and the maple is still standing. I want to be clear: I am not blaming the hardworking crew who showed up. They were skilled tradesmen, treated me well, and repeatedly confirmed that getting this dangerous maple down was the right call. I trusted them and would work with them again. My concern is with management's responsibility to make clear commitments, organize the work, and resolve an unfinished job. The maple was the reason I called. The company recommended removing two additional trees they considered questionable. I trusted their professional judgment and understood from our conversation that their bid for a day's work would cover what we discussed. They removed those additional trees and cut some branches off the maple, but never finished taking it down. Had the maple been removed first and the additional trees left for another day, I would not have this complaint. Instead, the suggested additions were completed while my original safety concern remained. It's like hiring someone to fix a leaking roof, accepting their recommendation for new gutters, and being left with new gutters while the roof still leaks. The workers may have done good work, but the company still hasn't resolved the problem you hired it to fix. They had my credit card on file and processed the $2,275 payment while the maple remained unfinished. I called to discuss it, but that concern was not resolved before the charge went through. I was then told it would cost another $2,275 to return and finish--a total of $4,550. When I questioned that cost, I was given another company's phone number. I couldn't comfortably afford the first payment outright. I relied on credit because addressing this danger mattered to my family. Now I'm paying that charge off, still facing hotel stays when high winds threaten, and being asked to find another full day's payment. I acknowledge the work that was completed. I'm asking management to acknowledge what wasn't: the original reason I hired them. Running a trustworthy company means taking responsibility when a customer's main concern is left unresolved. The crew cannot settle this billing dispute or decide whether the company returns without another charge. That needs to come from the owner. Please contact me and arrange a date to finish removing the maple without an additional charge. I would welcome the chance to update this review and say management listened and made things right. I trusted your company to help protect my home and family. I'm asking you to follow through.
