Triple D is the worst company ever for having your tree removed. We are in our 70's now and got scammed by a company called "Triple D Tree Service here in Florida, by The Villages. They sent us a text message, stating that we needed to initial a form on our mobile phone to permit them to come onto our property and cut down a big Palm tree. They didn't tell us what we were initialing. In my opinion, they tricked us into signing something that absolved them of any responsibility for the damage they did to our property. They should not have had us sign something on a small phone that we really couldn't read very well, and they were not responsible for any damage they did to our property. They caused hundreds of dollars in damage to our irrigation system, as well as the underground wiring that ran to the control box in our garage, & Cut all the wires with their stump grinder. When I told them about the damage, they said. Oh well, we're not responsible for any damage we do. Just wanna give a heads up to everybody to watch out for Triple D Tree Service, rotten to the core. They were in such a hurry, they never cleaned up the area or anything, with a bunch of small rocks in my lawn, twigs everywhere, just, oh well, they're not responsible. We had to hire another company to come out and repair the Triple D mess that they left behind. We have to let everyone else know before they get caught up in the same thing that we did. The actual mess was far worse in reality than the accompanying pictures are able to convey. Shame on you, Triple D, for taking advantage of the elderly. read more

About a month ago I had work done by Triple D Services. Personally I cannot recommend them for the following reasons. I was told that they wouldn't be hard on the lawn, but I ended up with no grass and some deep holes in a large area. They also broke my fence in several places and the owner told me three times he would glue or replace it but never did. They took pieces of the tree through a gate that I had asked them not to use and messed up some of the neighbors lawn. They took out a large panel of fence to bring in the equipment which was fine, but when they were leaving the manager handed me the screws to put it back up myself. I had to call the owner to have someone come and put it back up. It took me three days to clean the mess afterwards. The men who did the work were good workers, and they did a good job taking down my large tree, but the owner and manager were dishonest with me. read more

They did a great job. I had a lot of cutting and trimming to be done and it was done nicely. They do a great job of cleaning up when finished as well. Take all clippings and trimming with them. Nothing left for the Town to pick up later. read more
