I went in for shading after getting linework done previously and was ridiculously overcharged! I was told she was going to shade my whole piece for around $300 after being over a hour late to the appointment Denise shaded 1/4 of my tattoo and proceeded to charge me $350! and then scheduled my next appointmen. I had messaged her 3 weeks before the appointment 1week after making the appointment to cancel and hopefully get my $100 deposit back and she was extremely unprofessional and rude saying that the $350 for 1/4 of my tattoo was undercharging. read more

Had a great experience from start to finish at this establishment! My artist was Mr. Nick Oliver and his work speaks for itself. His line work is some of the best I've seen. His book fills fast so get in and get some super high quality work done. read more

First off, when I got there the employees were literally smoking weed outside (later I saw one of them tattoo a customer). If you are wanting to get pierced here, I wouldn't. They have only one piercer and when I got my piercing he didn't even let me pick out the jewelry. The piercing got really irritated with the type of metal he chose (which I don't even know what it was because he didn't tell me). The piercing eventually developed a bump:(. For aftercare, he told me that I should be using antibacterial soap, which is not necessary, you should only have to use a wound wash spray twice a day. I ended up going to a different piercing shop to try to troubleshoot all the irritation that was going on. When I went in, they said I should change the jewelry IMMEDIATELY. So i did, and it's already looking better. Plus, I actually got to pick out the jewelry I wanted! fyi not everyone wants a dainty little stud!!! read more

Made the impulse decision of adding to an old tattoo of mine and searched everywhere for a place near me that was available. Luckily, I came across Triple Crown and Jamie was glad to help me out. I made the appointment only three hours prior (recommended to make a consultation and official appointment) and Jamie got me in so quickly. The place was very clean and modern, very well built and organized. Paperwork and signing in was all done digitally and even payment over Venmo which made my life a whole lot easier. Jamie was so funny and eased me into the entire process very well. The prep work and process was done quickly and even offered to retouch the old tattoo. Commission was at at a very good price, will DEFINITELY be coming back in the future! read more

The artist that tattooed me,(Isaac), gave me a blowout. Please be cautious and do your research before getting tattooed and learn from my mistake. Don't let someone tattoo you who doesn't post HEALED photos of their work! The artist was also very unprofessional and ignored my messages when asking about the blowout and what could be done about it. Never apologized or offered to cover it with something and actually blamed myself and the person I was with for not "voicing our concern" about blowouts when we had never even heard of a blowout until this! Also chalked it up to my tattoo being in a "sensitive" area? Not sure what sensitivity has to do with you pushing the needle too deep into my skin but ok? A professional should not act like blowouts are just a normal occurrence when they are in-fact NOT. The only upside is that I love the tattoo, but now I'm having to look into laser removal for the blown out portion.(Also maybe like, don't be high while tattooing people? Idk, just a thought.) There are also a lot of empty spots that needed more color and little hair follicles that left behind little dots that didn't get filled with ink because he didn't shave my arm before hand for some reason? read more

I got a tattoo done here by Robert. He was very professional and gave me a beautiful tattoo. This was my first tattoo and he made me feel right at home. I will definitely return here in the future. Thank you Robert! read more

Excited to get my first tattoo, I was seeking a trustworthy place with great tattoo artists so I asked a few of my friends in the area and they highly recommended this place. My best friends and I went in around 7p last Friday night but they didn't have room for walk-ins so we spoke to Colt, who said we could come in the following morning. So we "scheduled" an 11am appointment and I even sent him a pic of the design via text and he said he would mock up a design that night to show us in the morning. We thought everything was fine and dandy so we showed up a little before 11 on Sat, but Colt wasn't there, which was fine because we were a little early anyway. We waited...and waited...and continued to wait until 11:30 (30 minutes AFTER our scheduled appointment). I decided to text Colt to let him know we were waiting at the shop for him and asked him where he was at. No response. My friends are I were so fed up we left and ended up getting our tattoos elsewhere. Until this day, I still have yet to receive a text back from Colt. I KNOW his text messaging works because I was able to send him a picture of our tattoo design. I guess I should've been a little suspicious when he didn't bother asking for our names after we "scheduled" the appointment. I'm sure they have great tattoo artists, but they have AWFUL customer service! I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THIS PLACE IS. If you're looking for great tattoo artists who CARE about their customers/clients, this is definitely NOT the place you should go...especially if its your first tattoo. read more

I've gotten a few tattoos from here from the same artist every time. Got a tattoo on my upper right arm on the 21st and not even a whole 4 days later it's infected!! Went to the shop to get it looked at and a different artist said I was using the wrong aftercare lotion and soap. The artist who did my tattoos told me what lotion and soap to use and I have never had any issues. He told me it could be my laundry soap or deodorant. I think they have bad ink or something wasn't clean properly. None of my tattoos have gotten infected like this before. read more

Went to Alex for my septum piercing, he was awesome! He did a great job with the piercing, he went through everything with me so I knew exactly what was going on and was checking in on me throughout the process. Definitely will be recommending him to everyone I know who's getting a piercing read more

This place doesn't deserve even a one star. A guy did a cover of my compass. He had one job to make my tattoo look good. He was supposed to call me to finish up my tattoo but didn't because he knows that he fucked it up so bad. I think he was high when he did my tattoo. I went to another tattoo place and they told me that they couldn't fix it and I'll have to get a laser tattoo removal. The guy had one job. They try to get most military personnel like myself. Cheap ass tattoo for shitty tattoo. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Here's a picture of my fucked up tattoo. read more

I will not be going back here. I had all 3 of my tattoos done here and the first one was fine, second okay but could've been a lot better and the third was awful. Looks like I got it in prison and paid 80 dollars. My mom got the same one by a different person there and it looks great. This one is from a guy named Dan so I wouldn't get tattooed by him ever again. Now i have to get a cover up and pay more money than I ever intended. read more

Went in to get a piercing and was completely ignored. My husband said hello to the guy behind the counter and got no response. Waited for a long time without a word from anyone. So we left. As we were walking to our car a guy pulled up and urged us back in. So ok maybe just a bad first impression. Nope we sat there and waited again with no communication. We left again and will never go back. It's too bad it looks like a clean nice place. We will be taking all our future business elsewhere. read more

I drive by Triple Crown daily on my way to work. I was ready for a new tattoo and thought I would plug them into the net and see what reviews I got. If you are someone who will base an opinion on a review, disregard them in this case. None are based on quality work or how clean the shop is, which are IMO top priority. I sent a message via Facebook and Andrew responded within hours he continued to answer all my questions quickly so I went into check out portfolios. I instantly felt welcome and knew I had found the spot. T.J did my tattoo and nailed it. Nice set of dudes and a comfortable atmosphere. I will be back and have also recommended them to friends who have since asked who did my tattoo. read more

Today 9/10/16 I called 30 mins before I actually walked into the establishment. Samantha answered the phone and was so nice when she entertained by questions. I came in and she assisted me and my sisters. Being able to bring my daughter and my sisters and complete some tattoos tonight without any staff or complains about my daughter talking loudly *not a nuisance. My sister and I got our Tattoos, even after we needed to resize it 5x because of my sisters preference. We were very satisfied with the turn out of the tattoo and the joyful experience Samantha was able to give us! read more

I give this place a 1 star only for the front desk staff. They were friendly and helpful. That was the end of my good experience though. I am a novice to the entire tattooing process and I told my chosen artist Gary Graves that I was. On our first meeting I explained what I wanted drawn up and told him I did not want to block time out until we had agreed on a drawing. He and the staff urged me to block out the time as he fills up quickly and I needed the summer to complete the piece so timing was important. When we spoke the first time he gave me his email and said to forward him my ideas and he would do the design. I did so that same day. My drawings were to be ready the next week. When I came in the next week he had no drawings for me and the staff admitted that he was having issues logging into his email. I then went on vacation and returned a week later. I called and let them know I was coming. Still no drawings (and yes, I had given him their $100 down payment at our 1st visit). My appointment was coming up on a Friday and on Monday I called the shop again to see if he had anything for me. He was off but they said they would reach him at home. He called later that evening but did not leave a message when I was not able to answer it in time. I called him back and he said that he'd have them the next day. I let him know that I would be making a special trip from Bellevue just to see them. When I got there he had a color copy of some plumeria. I had asked for plumeria and sugar skulls with my kids names. He had sketched in two leaves. I was upset that this was not what I asked for. I resent my emails as we sat together. He claimed to have never gotten them but he had never called me to say so. He told me he would redraw it and assured me he could scan them and email them to me. On Thursday morning I still had not received an email (even though i emailed him asking) or any calls they were ready. So again, I drove from Bellevue over to Bremerton to see if they were ready. As soon as I walked in he asked me if I had gotten his email ( it never came). He had finally drawn up something but it was very off base from what I wanted. Me being ignorant of tattoos thought it would be in color (the first drawing he showed me was). I let him know how disappointed I was and left not being offered a refund of my deposit. Very poor communication. This is going to be a large piece and money was not an issue. I just wanted to be certain it was what I wanted before the day it was to be started. I never felt that I was taken seriously. read more

Samantha was amazing! This was my first tattoo but it was very small. A lot of other artists from other places brushed me off because it was small and simple, but not Samantha. She took me serious and helped me through even though it was just little. She gave me the time of day and was wonderful. She'll have my business if I ever get another one. read more

I absolutely love triple crown. what drew me in was the very professional look of the place, it was clean, organized, and a comfortable environment (they'll even let you pick what to watch on the tv in the lobby) . When I walked in I was greeted right away by, I think, the owner, who was super friendly (I forgot his name). My first tattoo there was done by Rodney. I got a flower on my inner elbow and I was so happy with the result I decided to finish up my sleeve there. My second time in I got my appointment with Will, who I had heard about just from word of mouth. And let me tell you, its the cleanest work I have seen in a long time, and the pricing is, I think, very reasonable for the quality. I only go to Triple Crown for my work now, no more bouncing around for me, ive got work done at lucky boys, tattoo technique, dermawerx, and thors hammer, and by far triple crown has done the best work on me. The shop is awesome, the guys are rad , and you will get a sweet tat if you try em out . read more
