Basically, I had some dry rot and mold from a previous water issue, and the other 2 dry wall contractors recommended just removing and replacing those areas with some patch jobs where tearing out the closet shelves damaged the paint. But I wanted it done right, especially since the drywall in this home was likely original and old. Adriel and his team removed and replaced the drywall in the first day, along with some taping and mudding. By the next day, they had painted and textured it, and I was ready to get started on my closet project. His crew worked quick, were respectful and tried to prevent drywall dust from going everywhere. But of course, that is impossible to do. Nonetheless, they do good work, and helped me haul and throw everything away at a good price. Adriel and I spoke mainly via Google translate as my Spanish isn't that good, but for this project, it wasn't hard to communicate what was needed.
