He showed up right at the planned time, and spent a lot of time with me patiently answering all my questions, going all over the outside of the property, up on the roof, in the attic, opening electrical boxes, explaining each system in the house, and thoroughly going over each room. He took pictures of all the issues he found and i got a great report with notes and pictures for anything that he suggested addressing.
