They did a truly spectacular job and the work looked great. This June (2026), we noticed that 2x 2' sections of the concrete facia pulled away from the wall and fell to the ground. At first I was thinking that this was the result of poor work from 2022. I called Jim at Quality Stucco and he came out to take a look. As it turns out, the work his team performed in 2022 was NOT the problem. The underlying concrete blocks on the surface of the cinderblock wall was not attached well by the original builder allowing the fasteners to rust through causing the concrete blocks to fall. I looked and he was correct. Not the fault of the 2022 work. To my surprise, Jim offered to rebuild the facia section at no charge. I was very surprised and grateful. The new facia installed by Quality Stucco is perfect and hung correctly. I will sing the praises of Jim and his crew to anyone who will listen. These guys are fair, honest and reasonably priced. Our home's…read more30foot long E wall had a lot of visible block-mortar lines and 'shadows - like looking at a map on the wall of the block shapes and mortar lines and paths- but NOT ONE CRACK. This knowledgeable and kind pro (w a solid engineering background) explained this was not a stairstep cracking situation (again, NO CRACKS). But rather the well-worn dull flat paint film was revealing what was underneath. Differing expansion and contraction rates of the three 'actors in the play' {blocks, stucco and mortar} was causing what we saw... resulting in it all being so visible (the mortar paths and block shapes). But AGAIN.. NO cracks. The solution? A properly applied high quality elastomeric paint would protect this E wall and essentially serve to bind it all together, on top of it all. We had bought the house in 2020 and it had been freshly painted but w a rather thin contractor-grade latex.. which hid these otherwise visible patterns (nothing dishonest on part of the sellers.. they just painted the house is all). Wow! Nobody out for our hard-earned $$ here,, no siree! [Another company, Stable Foundations (Ft White FL), had also been out and was recommending 6 helical piers to amount of some $11 to $13 thousand dollars. One relevant factor here (in their defense) in this glaring difference of recommendations is, I believe, experience and knowledge. But there IS the solid fact of zero cracks; just visible mortar and block patterns due to the faded thin paint film in need of updating]. Well which one would YOU trust and put your confidence in for having your best interests in 1st place? I am the treasurer for my HOA. Last year we had Todd Thomas do repairs on 30 Pillars surrounding…read moreour front entrance. They had to cut out cement in stucco pillars to remove the rust stains. They did a great job on those repairs. They also included a 1 Year Warranty on their work. I noticed at 11 1/2 months later there were new rust stains coming back on trim. I called Todd Thomas to request a warranty claim. I was not sure what to expect. But foreman Larry contacted me and came out the same week. He had Brendan with him and they walked our front entrance and repaired the 10 pillars that had new rust stains in some corners as well pained the trim on all tensing pillars. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. I highly recommend Todd Thomas company. They do great work and stand behind their product. Great job today. Much appreciated
