And, of course, it occurred on a Sunday afternoon. Knowing that the company handling my warranty would not be available for at least a few days, I searched out to companies that were available 24/7. Orlando Appliance Repair was one of those companies. Upon calling, the customer service rep put me in touch with their field-rep, Igor. I described the problem and he planned to show withing two hours or less ... on a Sunday afternoon! My refrigerator came back online and I contacted Igor to make him aware and cancel my appointment. He understood and just simply cancelled my appointment without fuss or cost. If a company can be this prompt and respective to new clients calling on a Sunday afternoon that they would end up not be getting business from that day, I can only believe that their actual work would be first-rate and I would not hesitate to connect with Orlando Appliance Repair for any related needs in the future.

When they left it was great for about 3 days, then started again. He came right back out and determined that the whole coil unit needed to be replaced, which was expensive for this LG unit. He said that he would do the job, but given the age of the fridge, it would be better to consider a new fridge given that the repair would be creeping up towards the cost of a new one. Since she decided she would get a new fridge, he refunded everything except the service call/evaluation.....Definitly earned our business next time as a fair appliance repair company.
