He explained the problem and ordered a part. He scheduled an appointment to return the next day to complete the service call. The next day, he showed up on time and completed the repair. It's been a few days and the problem is fixed. I am not sure if the fee was reasonable. It's the first time I've had to repair an appliance in over 10 yrs. He told me the washing machine you sold me is defective. The mother board is the problem as to why it won't fill up and the sensors are not working. I paid you for this washing machine and now it is useless. I've had to purchase a new one since you won't respond to my texts, calls and have taken advantage of a senior citizen who trusted you. Please be aware when using this service. They are not reliable, trustworthy, and won't sell you a working product.
