Worst cab company ever. Stephanie who works there knows nothing about customer service. Every time I talk to her she is rude and puts you on hold without even asking first. There is a guy/girl (can't tell) who always yells on the phone - super professional. The cab drivers are rude, and they conveniently never have change for a twenty because they want a tip for the horrible service they give you. Not to mention one guy always blares rap music at 7am - great this is JUST what I want to hear when I'm just waking up. Chip the owner doesn't care about customer service either otherwise he would fire these losers. I am getting a car soon so I won't have to deal with these people anymore, stay away everyone! The best, and possibly only reliable cab service I've found in NW IN. They've got plenty of taxis on the road, so the wait time is typically not bad at all. When you really need a lift out here, this is the place to call at any time. All other reviews I've seen online are bad, but my guess is they've improved since then. I needed a cab from the commuter train station to my hotel. I had called in advance so the cab would be waiting. When I arrived, the driver chose to take another fare in front of me, even though I told him I had called for the cab and he acknowledged that he was sent for me. The cab service would not send a second taxi. Instead, I had to wait for that taxi to drop off the first passenger and return. read more

I have been using this cab company for 2 years. I have had problems with them 99 percent of the time. Unfortunately, they are the only cab company that services my area. Two days ago I waited one hour and fifty minutes for my ride. The woman who tracks orders is unbelievably rude, unprofessional and lies like a rug. If I could give no stars I would. I need to get from my house to the commuter train for work call almost 1 1/2 hours earlier than my train arrived specifically told her my train leaves at 8:07a!!! The cab comes at 8:00am I was pissed then called again to take me home that night from the traine I got off the train at 8p didn't even called early so it'll be there when I get off they didn't come till an hour later! This service is extremely unreliable and mind you I was calling everyday until I got best calumet cab... Go with him way more dependable if needed to be on time some place. The dispatch operator was quite rude and snippy with me. My daughter was stuck in Scherellville IN. When I called them, I was told they do not cover Scherellville at all. Next I asked if she could provide another taxi service to which she didn't. read more

I've taken taxis for many years and this by far is the WORST. From the taxi's wait time (was told 30 mins, waited 2 hours!), to the blatant rudeness of the female dispatch, all the way down (not up, but down) to the owner. You'd think once you've reached the owner to voice your bad experience & frustrations, you'd get sympathetic ear - NOT! Out the gate his tone was abrasive and unapologetic. This cab company is the only reliable cab company that serves my area. That being said, the customer service is horrible. I believe it's because they are the only reliable can company and they know it. It's not the drivers per say, they are ok depending on who you get, but dispatch can be rude and condescending. Once I ordered a cab two hours in advance, was told they would be there, they never showed up. I called 10 min after the scheduled pick up time and was told they called me. I requested that they read my number back to me and it was a totally different number. I was told it would be another hour and i'd just "have to wait" mind you i'm a repeat customer who uses them at least 2x a week. I like that they use mini vans and they are reliable, but there is no replacement for good customer service. read more

My child's school uses this cab service as a pick up drop off service for school.Something like a bus company.I have had so many problems with the driver. They are so lazy and dont get out the car to open the door for the children like the handbook states. There has been times when the driver has drove off with my child still in the car. My mother had a doctor's appt at 12:00 p.m. At 4:30 she was not home yet. Doctor's office said she left. I called Triple A to make sure she was ok. They claimed it was a violation of the hippa law to tell me. I was yelled at and hung up on 2 times. All I wanted to know was that my mother was ok since their service picked her up from the doctor....I wasn't asking for medical records. Any time I have had to deal with them, they have been extremely rude. ***Prior to my calling them, the lady yelled at my 92 yr. old grandmother for calling as well. read more

Triple A should change its name to Triple Late! Twice this week, I had classes @ 11, which they knew about. Monday, they don't even bother calling me until 10:58 to inform me they'll be late. Weds. they show up @ 11:29. Once again, I'm late. Today was the final straw. My class was scheduled @ 2:00. They finally show up at 2:30. I got out of class @ around 5. The driver doesn't show up until 5:30. They have ZERO regard for people. I have told ppl not to ever use them. It's pretty bad when their own drivers rip on the incompetent staff. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Triple A, you might not think people with disabilities matter, but we can type, talk, and warn people about how badly you suck!! read more
