The beautiful towering Live Oaks gives it a nature feel and the trees are maintained well. Close to beaches without that sandy feel. Close to town within/ 10 minutes, of show,shopping,and excellent restaurants. I even had my groceries delivered out here from HEB( so you know it's close to town). The AT&T coverage, is 5 bars. The Wifi is over the top and not the usual spotting reception that is usually at RV parks. It is maintained with sprayers , every few weeks for bugs, the grounds are maintained by professional movers, so it kept top notched. As previous owners of a RV park, i know what to tune into, and i will proudly give Live Oak RV park a 5 start rating.

Having stayed in parks from Seattle to here, I don't say that lightly. The beautiful oak trees provided a neverending stream of unique birds that were very amusing. The proximity to the gulf provided a great place to relax with a cool breeze. Scanning other parks close by showed us another beautiful place with a 450.00all inclusive rent. We are grandfathered in so our rent won't ever change. As a cancer patient I make several trips for treatment in Houston. There is a clinic close by. He was most unprofessional, and downright mean in telling me he should kick me out. Totally unreasonable, and self centered...he never even asked me why I had to leave. I left as soon as I could. They did not charge me, but really?! If I met him today I would punch him out for being such an ass. I do not recommend this palace although the setting is nice.

They have a restroom, shower, and complimentary laundry facility while you stay. The park is walking distance to the beach - a huge bonus. They have a covered area to hang out in, and there has been a few small gatherings with music from other campers to end a great beach day. Everyone is respectful of quiet hours and each others belongings. We couldn't imagine our beach vacation anywhere else!

They all lie and they broke or tore up more than they fixed. Not to mention won't call you back and hide from you when there is a problem and they can't BS you. Sad thing is I i like to support my local businesses but I will not recommend or support them as long as they haVe this group of people working their service department. Here's a few things they did: Told me they replaced 4 motors on both my slides. They did not replace them, but the warranty was charged to replace them When replacing my slide roof they screwed through the sidewall of my slide which cracked my fiberglass all the way across. Now I have to have that repaired. Tore up my benches inside my camper, drilled through the motors which burned them up and I had to replace them, paneling is falling down, caught power wire in slide track which grounded it out and fried that motor to. The list goes on and on. The roof on slide holds water because there is no bracing in the center so it sags and water gets in. They couldn't even find where water was getting in at do they replaced the roof it wasn't even the roof, my husband found the leak after fixed it after they charged the insurance for materials for the roof repair.
