I have consigned with them since they opened and they've always been helpful, professional, and quick to answer questions. They are very organized and it's easy to check on consigned items and credit balances. They are also selective about what they take in, and that helps consigners because customers will return to a store that has good inventory. They also take in a variety of price points which is helpful for lower income folks. As for the retail end, I've had great experiences. When messaging them though Facebook when I'm looking for a particular item they're always quick to reply. They are about to open in the new location, which I'm looking forward to, because my only complaint would have been the size of the store (the old location was pretty cramped). They've always had a wide variety of items - clothes, toys, books, baby gear, games, maternity clothes, etc. I understand they'll be taking on larger items in the new location which will make them a one-stop shop. If you're having doubts about second hand items try Ella Mae's. You won't be disappointed!

Communication/Customer Service: Horrible, probably the WORST I have ever experienced. Trying to get ahold of this business is like trying to pull the sword out of the stone; literally near impossible. Their voicemail is perpetually full so you can't even leave a voicemail message for a return call. When you do get someone to answer, they don't identify the business name, and the demeanor is as though you are inconveniencing them. Extremely unprofessional. We recently used this business for (7) suit rentals for a wedding. They were the retailer for Jim's Formal Wear (who is a fantastic company, btw, nothing bad to say about them whatsoever as they have been assisting us in dealing with this business). Trying to coordinate our party to come in to get measured was a chore to put it nicely. Once they started going in, they were told shoes were not included (which they were), so I had to again try to get in touch to rectify that detail. They also lost some of our party measurements so that also had to be re-done. Jim's Formal Wear runs a promotion that when (5) suits are rented, the Groom's suit is free. We were told by the business that we'd have to contact Jim's Formal Wear for that refund. Come to find out, the business was already provided the money for our Groom's suit and was supposed to pass that on to us and not charge us at all. They took advantage of the promotion, kept the funds from Jim's Formal Wear, and never passed that on to us as the consumer, but instead KEPT IT FOR THEMSELVES. I truly don't know how this person is still in business.

I really wanted to love this place; I usually enjoy consignment shopping. However, on my first…read morevisit, it became apparent that someone is smoking in the store. I do not know if it is the owner(s) or an employee. The stench seemed strongest by the back room/maybe a bathroom(?), but it was powerful throughout the small shop. It was so bad that I could not stay for more than a few minutes because I have a history of chronic bronchitis. Regardless, no consignment or antique store should allow smoking indoors; it is damaging to the products. I was appalled to see wedding dresses there on consignment. Imagine a wedding dress that smells like cigarette smoke... Anyone in the resale business knows that cigarette smoke significantly lowers the values of antiques. I know some places seem to get away with it (The Victorian House in Franklin comes to mind), but I think there are more air vents and a wider space, so the smoke doesn't collect so easily. I wish they didn't allow it either, though. It's too bad; there did seem to be a nice selection of furniture & homewares here. I'm not sure if the smoke was a one-day deal or what, but I am extremely hesitant to go back, and I would not recommend consigning there.
