They take the time to measure your feet if you want when looking for shoes, they are great with kids. Every year they have a grat sidewalk sale with some awesome deals. I'll preface this by saying that I hate leaving low reviews on a small business.. With that said,…read morethere's no room for poor customer service. Long story short, I was looking for a pair of Carolina Boots, for which they are a dealer for. They didn't have the particular ones I was looking for in stock, so I was offered the ability to try on other boots of that brand in hopes to find my size. Which we did (not the same model). I was then told that they could order them, I said great! Boots come in, I take them home and put them on. Close fit, but not quite right. Especially for something like boots that you're going to be wearing all the time. So a few days later I swing back by the store and ask if I could exchange them for a different size (still new in the box, tags, wrappers, didn't even lace them all the way). I was told albeit politely, that they cannot exchange or return them because they were "special order".... I'm sorry.. what?? Special order? You sell Carolina Boots..? Mind you, NONE OF THAT was mentioned prior to me agreeing to order them, or even when I took delivery of them. Politely told to kick rocks (pun intended). Any other shoe outlet would gladly either exchange and quite honestly except a return. Any local name brand store front, and definitely an online shop. This is one of the reasons why local stores go out of business sadly. Poor service. Because now I have a really really nice pair of boots that don't fit. In closing: if your policy is NO EXCHANGE/RETURN on "ordered" shoes, you need to disclose that before hand. ZERO excuses. Lazy and quite honestly it's unprofessional.

This is not a great business for consignors. The split is 60/40 and the pricing of your items is…read morevery low. You are stuck with whatever price they want to sell it for. "read the contract". This is just for an easy math example; they may take a $40 blouse, put $20 price on it, sell it, they keep$12 but I get $8. But they are very poor record keepers! If they don't give you a record of what they priced your items at, or what they sold them for, and when, you go collect your payout they may give you $2. How are you to know? Well you know what you brought in, shopped your own stuff and saw what it was tagged for. That why you know it is not a fair business arrangement. As they say, this is not my 1st rodeo, buy what you want there but don't consign with them unless you want to do business with someone who uses people instead of things and likes the drama. I can't fight over money. If you need it that bad, I'll give it to you but you may be sorry in the long run.
