Her onboarding / meet-and-greet process was super thorough. She also makes sure you meet anyone on her team who may be covering visits for your pet and she met my requirements for comfort and security. She and her team member, Suzanne, were very enthusiastic about dealing with my dog. Probably more enthusiastic than me at times. :-) As with any in-home service provider, you just have to be specific about your needs and "nit-pickies" so that everyone is on the same page and all should be well.
