Me: "perhaps but I just had a few questions fir.. **interrupts** Karen: "We use regular paraffin herbal infused ear cones" (she sounds annoyed so I skip the other question I had) (at this point her cold way of speaking told me I am not going here) Me: What is your name ma'am? My mother and aunt are both massage therapists and I have worked in spas and salons in the past. This is literally the opposite of how to grow a client base. Please...somebody tell me I am wrong and the place is wonderful...Maybe there are nice calming personalities there?
