Speed limit is posted at 5 to keep dust down but most don't abide by it. Host is very firm about the rules but we noticed several of the longer term residents ("members") don't abide by the leash rule and it drove our dog crazy. They also run out of hot water quite often in camp showers. WiFi and cable would make the place a bit better too. Overall it's average but there is a lot of room for improvement.

They worked with us because we didn't know how long it would take to get our truck back, penciling us in the reservations until we could confirm if we were staying or leaving. It is noisy because of the traffic, but the staff made it a fantastic stay.

I often worry that the dryers have been dailed down so that you have to use more quarters. Not the case here! Jeans and heavy jackets will be dry before the time is up. Do nice! Okay, back to the camping. Sites accommodate small to very large RVs. Nice grass and picnic tables. We arrived on a day that the office was closed. No problem. The site map was on the door. The campground really filled up for Memorial Day weekend. So plan ahead if you are traveling during a holiday. Campground is convenient to town and all the sites. We are really enjoying our stay.

I mean every spot accept one had shade all day. It has laundry facilities along with very clean showers that they offer for free. Let's talk about the staff. I have never been to a place with such nice staff. Always smiling and willing to help. I couldn't have been more happy to have found this place as it made our two week stay so enjoyable. Hot tub was going - it looked very inviting but the 20° when you got out had me at a NO. The park is definitely set up for short and extended stays. The team will also pick up, fill and return propane. Oh and streaming works for TV!! There are many extended stay sites with large parking pads. Close to services/stores and easy freeway access. If we take the same route headed south next year we will be back.
