Our son absolutely loved going every day--he was excited to be there, which was such a relief for us as parents. During his time there, he moved up into another class and truly grew by leaps and bounds, both socially and developmentally. The play-based learning approach struck the perfect balance of fun and education, and it was clear how much thought and care went into their programs. The staff is incredible--Director Ms. Vanessa runs a tight ship while still creating a nurturing, positive atmosphere. Ms. Kiki and Ms. Alice were especially wonderful with our son, showing so much patience, kindness, and encouragement. One moment that really meant a lot to us: when we had to move out of state, they threw our son a going-away birthday party--even though his actual birthday was more than a month away. That level of thoughtfulness speaks volumes about how much they care about the kids and families. They were also very communicative throughout our time there, which we appreciated. We came from a facility which there was not much communication we also did not see growth. When I learned of Charley's Angel's I told her please save my baby a spot lol because she is coming. Charley forsure made her feel comfortable at every drop off and pick up. We can tell at pickup she loves being there and she is able to talk about her day. Fun Fact: we love the videos posted throughout the day so that we can see all the Angels play, learn and grow. Our families that does not see her often can also watch her grow. Our 7 year old also seen how much fun Charley's Daycare is and wanted to go vs going to the YMCA during the summer and was sad when school started lol. I also like the additional activities that are also incorporated......my son has displayed much academic and social growth since attending Charley's Daycare.........as a parent I feel comfortable and at ease everytime my son is dropped off; I know that he is well taken care of, and that Ms.Charley has an effective plan in communicating with me and other parents when it comes to the well-being of her students, schedules, and upcoming specialized activities. She has been there for over a year now. The staff are all wonderful and I know they really care for my children, which makes it a lot easier to leave them in their care. My children love going, have learned so much and are always happy to be there. They offer lots of great activities and also do thoughtful things for the parents as well. I also think the price is pretty good for the amazing service.
