Great small child care center. The owners are very nice. It is bring your own lunch though. They…read moreprovide snacks. in case you forget or don't have lunch they provide something hot for the kids to eat. And give something light for breakfast as well. Your kids will definitely learn as older and younger are grouped together and sit around a table for lesson time. There is a big yard for them to run around. The place could use some updating but nothing really negative to say. If we didnt have.to move we would still be here. I recommend this place to anyone

If you are looking for a safe, caring, clean, engaging, and fun place for your precious little one…read more- look no more! My son has been going to the Little People's Place for two years, and the only thing we are worrying about is having to leave this little kids' safe haven because we are moving out of the area soon. True, this place has no shiny hardwood floors or fancy furnishings. Instead, they provide your child with plenty of individual warm loving attention; their Creative Curriculum works great to help your little one develop to the best of their ability. The teachers are a wonderful family, very welcoming and open to kids and parents; there have never been any substitute staff. We always get feedback about our son's day, they text us pictures of him playing or discovering the world, they know his likes and needs. Best of all, they CARE. We have a feeling that when my son is gone from here, he will be missed, for real. And we will miss them for sure!

We ordered my son a large book order. The books came in but never made it home. Got the run around…read moreand they just expect me to just overlook it. Then we are getting ready to move. I packed my whole house and no books. I send an email to the teacher to get his belongings. She says she will have them ready. I go to pick them up and guess what he has no belongings. Shocker! The last day of school the kids bring home their belongings but if you move, you do not get anything. My son also way diagnosed with a learning disability but does not qualify for any programs. Just wow. Enough said.

I don't know why Yelp lists this school as being closed. My 5 year old gets on a bus to go here…read moreeveryday, and unless she's being dropped off with a bunch of Children of the Corn in some field somewhere, I'm pretty sure she's in Kindergarten. Then again, she *has* been concentrating awfully hard on letter "C" and drawing cornstalks and scarecrows....oh wait, Halloween just passed. Nevermind. She has an awesome teacher. If I thought the teacher would feel comfortable being named here, I would, but with all the cyber gray areas, I'll resist the temptation to sing her praises by name. This teacher is fully engaged with the children. One day my child came in late and was reluctant to join the class and my cajoling wasn't helping. Mrs. _ took command, firmly but kindly directed S where to go when I could not - and blew me away with her adult to child communication skills. I almost felt like turning myself in to the principal's office for being a slacker. I check Little Daughter's book bag everyday and her in-school work is thoroughly checked for mistakes, she is given 'family' homework, regular progress reports, and updates. If I have to email her teacher, I get a response within a day, usually within hours. Once, she had a problem with another studen trying to take her lunch away from her. She came home one day hungry and explained that someone had taken her lunch (she's 5!!!) and she didn't get to eat. My initial response was to go all Ninja around corners and slink down the hall into the cafeteria and get that little 5 year old punk at lunchtime by the collar and tell him if he ever stole her lunch again, he'd better watch his back at recess. Then I realized that was not what a Mature Adult would do, and I emailed Mrs. _ , who had the situation rectified the next day, and Little Daughter out of his target zone. My only gripe is that there is too much junk food at the school. Gummy bears for treats, and the typical crap cafeteria food in every school. But they are trying; they are putting more whole grains out, the kids cannot use their pin numbers to charge ice cream to the lunch account(they have to have cash), so that helps it when it comes to cutting back on the junk. So I'm not deducting stars. Seriously, this is one awesome teacher. And overall, it looks like a great school.

After moving to the area in April I originally had my beautiful daughter Violet put into another…read moredaycare in the area. After a couple weeks I noticed some things I wasn't crazy about the original daycare so we found an opening at the Wright Daycare and switched. I absolutely love this daycare and I am very sad about my daughter going to school in the future because she would spend less time at the daycare. The minute we open the door the owner Mrs. Fawn immediately makes my daughter a breakfast and greets my daughter. She also sits down with my daughter when she gets upset with mom having to leave and go to work. We also enjoy her teacher is Miss Lisa in this LJ. When I come to pick up my daughter she is very excited to come home with me but also sad because she has to leave her daycare and her friends. I also appreciate that the teacher Miss Lisa let's my daughter help out around the daycare and feel like that is a positive influence on my daughter, her behavior has improved greatly since starting this daycare. I give this daycare an A+ five star rating and would recommend it to anyone who asked. We are excited to also start VPK this year in August and in the future my daughter will use this to daycare for a before and after care while in school. I can't recommend this daycare enough!

It's unfortunate that I have to post this review, but it's necessary. This daycare has an extremely…read morehigh turnover rate for employees. They have video, but be mindful that "Allegedly"it is only live feed so if something occurs on their watch, then it's your word against theirs. If your child is injured, they never have any answers, they will just say they don't know. Look at the reviews, it speaks for itself. They charge $220 a week, which is an increase of last years rate, just for piss poor care. Who in their right mind wants to send their baby to a facility where they are potentially mistreated, and they had the audacity to increase the rate. There is a 9:30 drop off time, God forbid you're running a few minutes behind they will turn your child around. They have a lot of early closing days, for "training" but for what exactly, they're not even getting properly trained on have to hydrate the kids during the summer months. Do not enroll your child here, they will not have any consistency, there is always someone new in the classroom. New employees come into this facility so quickly, one must question if a thorough background check is completed. I have lost faith in this daycare and it probably is the worst thing that I could have subjected my child to. I should have removed my child from this daycare before now, sadly it took an injury for me to remove my child. And of course, no one knows what happened, they're oblivious and that is unacceptable for a daycare. You know it's bad, when they are offering parents credits to their account to get new enrollees. SMH. They do not care about your child, they only care about having bodies and receiving your $220 weekly. Beware.
