Despite the negative attitude, the work was eventually completed... or so we thought. Just as they were about to leave, we noticed only one faucet hole had been cut instead of two. When we pointed it out, the installer returned to fix it, but not without more grumbling and clear frustration. This isn't just about one poor attitude. It's a missed opportunity for your business to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty. To the owner and management team: There's great value in following up with customers after an install. A simple call to check in--"Are you satisfied? Can we do better?"--goes a long way. But in our case? Not a single call. No one reached out. It's disappointing and sends the message that once the job is paid for, the relationship ends. If you don't show your customers you care about their business, why should we continue supporting and growing your business.

We had all the…read moreexisting flooring removed, a combination of carpet(stairs) tile ( powder Room, kitchen and laundry room) and laminate removed and disposed of. The floor needed levelling using liquid concrete and ground down in areas to make it perfectly smooth. The new flooring was picked up by them from a third party and laid throughout the bottom level of our condo and stairs plus the upstairs landing. They also installed new 5 1/4" baseboard. As we live in Canada communication was all done via phone and texts. Everything went smoothly. Thanks to Bill and David the on site supervisor. We are hoping to use them to install new kitchen cabinets and countertops sink and faucet. Highly recommended.

Instead of cutting with a diamond cutter vs a saw or at least using the saw where it is allowed (in the parking lot), the tile setter used the saw inside a small condo! There was dust everywhere in every room and on every surface. He didn't even clean up beyond a simple sweep in the small bath when he completed the job with grouting etc. We thought that the rather high price quoted for the job would come with this professional courtesy but all we got was 100$ credit on a $3k bill that was increased by 250$ since the 1st quote. The final job install looks good, however, you leave a job in a better place than when you got it. The place was a mess and required a professional cleaning. Not impressed!

Geraldo and Tom came to our house spent hours putting this beautiful new Karastan carpet down. The carpet is beautiful. The pricing is fair. The workmanship is spectacular. The quality of the end product would rate about a 1 1/2 star but getting to the end product would rate a zero star. From Hanover we got a closet floor installation and bathroom remodel (turning a bathtub into a walk in shower). The communication with the company was horrendous. We never knew when a tech or contractor was coming and sometimes the notice that someone was coming would come the night before they came. We would go days without hearing anything and most times would not get our messages answered. This project was started mid-May and was completed in July after several reworking the grouting and disagreements on the construction flaws. Not even mentioning the pipe in the floor that they cracked and had to replace. The only time you will get on-time communication from them is when it is time to pay. If you have a discrepancy it will be addressed either days after your notifying them of the discrepancy or not at all. You will be highly disappointed if you go into business with Hanover. I really wish I could give them lower than a 1 star because they don't deserve a 1 star.
