We did incur some additional delays that also were not of their doing, such as faucets that did not arrive on time or without essential parts. They flooded our finished bathroom and took a chunk out of our brand new tub while inspecting the tub filler, damaged the inside our new cabinets in several spots because they didn't cover them while work was being performed, installed chipped sills on the pony walls multiple times, including the final sill that is installed now, and when it was all said and done, they repainted only half of the bathroom after their contractor botched the texturing. We have been trying to get Eva to replace the tub that they damaged for months, but she won't respond. Each day when I walk into the bathroom, I get a new reminder of how bad of a job they did. We have remodeled several homes with contractors and this was the worst experience that we have ever had.
